Rosie O’Donnell mirrors Steve Bannon

-

NEW YORK — After saying she’d like to play President Donald Trump’s controversial adviser Steve Bannon on “Saturday Night Live,” comedienne Rosie O’Donnell has apparently changed her Twitter profile picture to make herself look like him.

Since their first exchanges in 2006, the two have since jabbed over the actress leaving The View in 2007, O’Donnell’s engagement to Michelle Rounds in December 2011, and even snuck her into insults against other celebrities on his twitter stream during the 2012 presidential campaign. He did however wish her well during her recovery from a 2012 heart attack, but that wasn’t enough to keep the pair on civil terms for long.

O’Donnell and Trump began their online tit for tat again in 2014 after O’Donnell lost weight, returned to The View as a co-host, and her second departure in 2015.

She was a avid supporter of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in the 2016 campaign before she was brought up as part of an answer in the first presidential debate.

O’Donnell’s new Twitter picture appears to be a digitally altered picture of Bannon with her face replacing his.

O’Donnell and Trump have publicly feuded in the past, with Trump making derogatory comments about O’Donnell’s looks and weight.

O’Donnell, a longtime actor and television host, has long been in a feud with Trump after the pair began trading barbs in 2006 When Trump decided not to fire Miss USA Tara Conner after revelations of drug use, underage drinking and sexual activities and O’Donnell criticized the move. They have sparred back and forth in the public eye ever since.

Bannon is a senior aide to President Trump and former Breitbart News editor.
