Audrey Marie Oxenreider, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested September 22, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and no insurance.

Billy Jamon Flemister, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested September 22, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of aggravated assault, battery family violence, and obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Benjamin Locke Graves, 71, of Aragon, was arrested September 22, 2017, by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of battery family violence.

Felix Hernandez, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested September 22, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of terroristi­c threats and acts and simple assault.

Michael Edward Sumlin, 59, of Cedartown, was arrested September 22, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of battery family violence1s­t offense and three counts cruelty to children - 3rd degree.

Ronica Sue Bailey, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested September 22, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of theft by taking.

Hunter Kaine Channell, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested September 23, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of theft by taking.

Carolyn Diane Dobbins, 62, of Cedartown, was arrested September 23, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of simple battery - family violence.

Chris Moore, 43, of Cedartown,was arrested September 23, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of no insurance and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Joshua Lewis Owens, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested September 23, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of robbery- sudden snatching.

Christophe­r Allen King, 40, of Silver Creek, was arrested September 24, 2017, by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of No Insurance, Driving While License Suspended Or Revoked, And Suspended Registrati­on.

Brandon Q Parker, 25, of Temple, was arrested September 24, 2017, by the Rockmart Police Department on the charges of no insurance and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Travis Dewayne Proctor, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested September 24, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, five counts of failure to maintain lane, five counts of failure to stop at stop sign, driving while license suspended or revoked, tire requiremen­ts, reckless driving, five counts of failure to use signal, possession and use of drug related objects, and possession of methamphet­amine.

Jamie Lynn Sumlin, 31, of Rome, was arrested September 24, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender, possession and carrying concealed weapon without a license - 1st offense, removal or alteration of identifica­tion from property, and loitering or prowling.

Christy Lashawn Burks, 36, of Rockmart, was arrested September 25, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of fraud in obtaining public assistance.

Johnny Lee Hilliard, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested September 25, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender and bench warrant.

Amber Lashae Johnson, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested September 25, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of bench warrant and tag lights required.

Calvin Lamar Jones, 27, of Rome, was arrested September 25, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of three counts of cruelty to children - 3rd degree, two counts of aggravated assault, and two counts of simple battery.

Edgar Cortez Rangel, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested September 25, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charges of bench warrant and speeding.

Tyler Vangarrett Wallace, 20, of Piedmont, was arrested September 25, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of failure to stop at stop sign and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Monica Elaine Wilson, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested September 25, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of bench warrant and marijuana possession less than 1 ounce.

Justin Scott Dover, 29, of Rockmart, was arrested September 26, 2017, by the Polk County Sheriff’s office for the charges of two counts of cruelty to children - 3rd degree, obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, simple battery - family violence, and criminal trespass.

Kenneth Lee Moore, 51, of Cedartown, was arrested September 26, 2017, by the Cedartown Police Department on the charge of open container of alcohol.

Dustin Lane Rix, 20, of Rockmart, was arrested September 26, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of no seat belt on a adult and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Heather Reene Sutton, 25, of Rome, was arrested September 26, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of driving while license suspended or revoked and no insurance.

Billy Scott Adcock, 27, of Silver Creek, was arrested September 28, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, failure to maintain lane, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Randy Lynn Cook, 25, of Aragon, was arrested September 28, 2017, by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of no brake lights or working turn signals and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Phillipp Nathan Dobbin, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested September 28, 2017, by the Polk County Police Department for the charge of simple battery - family violence, dischargin­g firearm while under influence of alcohol or drugs, and discharge of firearms on or near public highway or street.

Herbert Grady Willis, 65, of Aragon, was arrested September 28, 2017, by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of failure to report accident with injury/death/damage and left a scene of accident with injury, damage.
