Randall Clifton Barton, 66, Lindale, was arrested December 15, 2017 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of hunting upon or discharging weapons across a public road, hunting from a vehicle, killing deer at night, and possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender.

Daniel Alan Chrzan, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested December 15, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession and use of drug related objects, possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender, and probation violation fingerprintable offense.

Macy Renee James, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested December 15, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of bench warrant and bond dropped by Robert Lanham & Alvin Pyles.

Hannah Michelle Nale, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested December 15, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of fraud in obtaining public assistance.

Alex Lee Potts, 37, of Buchanan, was arrested December 15, 2017 by the Cedar town Police Department for the charges of possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, possession of a schedule ii controlled substance schedule i or ii controlled substance, possession with intent trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, and possession and use of drug related objects.

Enrique Corn el io Ramirez, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested December 15, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of driving without a valid license and no insurance resisting arrest.

Cindy Frances Wilmoth, 23, of Rockmart, was arrested December 16, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of battery first defense.

Laney Dewayne Mcclure, 46, of Calhoun, was arrested December 17, 2017 by the Rockmart Police Department for the charges of hold for gordon county sheriff’s office, resisting police arrest, and criminal trespass.

Noe Vasquez-Morales, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested December 17, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of dui - less safe- alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

Elandon Jovan Hudson, 30, of Rockmart, was ar- rested December 18, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of four counts of bench warrants.

John David Austin Perez, 18, of Rockmart, was arrested December 18, 2017 by the Rockmart Police Department for the charges of criminal damage to property - 2nd degree.

Donald Todd Taylor, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested December 18, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of bench warrant and marijuana possession less than an ounce.

Dennis M Carter, 60, of Cedartown, was arrested December 19, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of criminal trespass.

Endie Rae Brumbelow, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested December 19, 2017 by the Aragon Police Department for the charges of theft by shoplifting.

Heather Nicole Oneal, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested December 19, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of theft by shoplifting and probation violation fingerprintable offense.

Maria Avilia Ramirez, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested December 19, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of driving without a valid license and failure to yield while turning left.

Gary Lee Clackum, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested December 20, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of forgery - 1st degree.

Austin Dakota Gosnell, 17, Cedartown, was arrested December 21, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of theft by taking.

Dylan Blake Overstreet, 19, of Rockmart, was arrested December 21, 2017 by the GSP Cartersville dui combination of 1-3, no brake lights or working turn signals, and tag lights required.

Aura Marila Perez, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested December 21, 2017 by the Rockmart Police Department for the charges of identity theft fraud when using/ possessing identifying info concerning a person.

Jose Lucio Reveles-gonzalez, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested December 21, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of dui alcohol, driving without a valid license, improper parking, and open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

Ashley Stone, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested December 21, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of violation of a family violence order.

Henry William White Jr, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested December 21, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of expired registration, speeding in excess of maximum limits, and probation violation fingerprintable offense.
