Victoria Allison Dickert, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested January 8, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charge of theft by taking.

Eric James Winstead, 44, of Rockmart, was arrested January 8, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of cruelty to animals and aggravated cruelty to animals.

Kevin Dwayne Hamilton,51, of Rockmart, was arrested January 9, 2018 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of simple battery - family violence.

Jeremy Scott Hayes, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested January 9, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of Driving under the influence of drugs and hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident.

Paul Matthew Marks, 35, of Rockmart, was arrested January 9, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of possession of methamphet­amine.

Michael Jason Moore, 36, of Aragon, was arrested January 9, 2018 by the Polk County Police Department for the charges of possession of methamphet­amine.

Ella Jo Lee Walker, 61,of Cedartown, was arrested January 10, 2018 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of theft by shopliftin­g.

George Thomas Ashworth, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested January 11, 2018 by the polk county sheriff’s office for the charges of bench warrant- felony and two superior pendings.

Ricky Allen Chandler, 61, Rockmart, was arrested January 11, 2018 by the Rockmart Police Department for the charges of unlawful conduct during 911 calls or contacts 911 with the intention to harass a communicat­ions off.

George Milas Spinks Jr, 69, of Rockmart, was arrested January 11, 2018 by the Rockmart Police Department for the charges of simple battery and simple assault.

Heather Michelle Waits, 30, of Rome, was arrested January 11, 2018 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for the charges of three counts of theft by taking - felony.
