A downside of the NHL season extending into June is the problem of keeping the ice from melting. Concerns were raised in Vegas over 100 degree temps for Game 1 and Game 2, and humidity over the weekend in D.C. didn’t help much either as the Stanley Cup final looks to wrap up this week.

Atlanta United is still holding their own at the top of the heap in the Eastern Conference, with an 8-3-2 record after last week’s tie with the New England Revolution that ended 1-1 in full time. They had Philadelphia on the road this weekend, and plays tonight against Charleston.
