Arrest Reports

Christopher Brewer, 48, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI.

Joshua Anthony Lawrence, 31, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple assault, reckless conduct, obstruction of law enforcement officers, driving on the wrong side of the road, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, speeding in excess of maximum limits, driving with a suspended or revoked license, improper lane change or usage, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Thomas Murphy, 25, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Sept. 7, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault and terroristic threats and acts.

James Padgett, 29, of Aragon, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of cruelty to children.

Philip Anthony Stocks, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2018, by the GSP Cartersville on charges of driving without a valid license and driving without working brake lights or turn signals.

Christina Tate, 33, of Aragon, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of cruelty to children.

John Crocker, 47, of Cartersville, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to maintain lane.

Michael Alexander Davis, 21, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2018, by the GSP Cartersville on charges of failure to maintain lane and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jason Lee Gable, 41, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Jimmy Wesley Johnson, 45, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 7, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing and simple assault.

Katie Marie Brewer, 30, of Villa Rica, was arrested on Sept. 8, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Richar Ramirez, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 8, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of improper stopping on the roadway and driving without a valid license.

Amanda Nicole Cornejo, 25, of Aragon, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Barry Lee Keane, 49, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession.

Crystal Jill Martinez, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of terroristic threats and acts, simple battery, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Terry Williams, 34, of Aragon, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of terroristic threats and acts.

Morgan Shantel Adams, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of reckless conduct and marijuana possession.

Gregory Lee Causey, 38, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Sept. 11, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges possession of a firearm by convicted felon or first offender.

Carlous Cobb, 46, of Centre, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of being a fugitive from justice.

Samuel Troy Fortune, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession, driving with missing or impaired wipers, window, or windshield, and producing excess music volume from a motor vehicle.

Jylecia Vanessee Frazier, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Christopher Linn Lathan, 57, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Chantesiah Shantel Mathis, 25, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, battery, and two counts of cruelty to children.

Douglas Michael McKibbon, 24, of Talladega, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving with missing or impaired headlights.

Kaleb Wayne Moss, 34, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Skyler Lee Tankersley, 20, of Aragon, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and marijuana possession.

Tori Nate Taylor, 25, of Cartersville, was arrested on Sept. 11, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of interference with custody.

Brooklyn Nicole Babb, 21, of Rome, was arrested on Sept. 13, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting and criminal trespassing.

Kevin Rashad Careathers, 32, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 13, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain lane, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
