Michael Mason, 46, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of battery.

Joseph Paul Messer, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Virginia Ramirez-Martin, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failure to yield when entering the roadway and driving without a valid license.

Ervin Leroy Moody, 57, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession and use of drug-related objects, possession of cocaine, and tag lights required.

Michael Wayne Jones, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Waleed Sohan, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple assault and criminal trespassing.

Dennis Lewis Turner, 54, of Rome, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and suspended registration.

Sharonda Westmoreland, 25, of Villa Rica, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of false imprisonment.

Martin De Jesus Barrera, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license, DUI, and violating the open container law.

Rhona Michele Bingham, 56, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Tifton Lavell Borders, 53, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of open container violations, improper stopping on the roadway, marijuana possession, and DUI.

Preston Cheatwood, 26, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of battery.

Ramirez Macario-Ramirez, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane and DUI.

Chance Tumlin, 18, of Cave Springs, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving too fast for conditions and marijuana possession.

Bruneca Tyrone McClendon, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Cindy Marie Pilcher, 46, of Aragon, was taken into custody on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of criminal trespassing.

Elizabeth Ann Porter, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Seanek Antoinette Price, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Denzel Daniel Manigault, 28, of Marietta, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Brandon Oliver Jones, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Michael Wayne Jones, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 7, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Alison Ramona Hardaway, 45, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 7, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving with impaired or headlights.

Danny Lee Massey, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 7, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, two counts of criminal trespassing, passing in a no passing zone, three counts of failure to obey traffic control device, failure to yield while turning left, improper lane change or usage, three counts of failure to maintain lane, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, failure to yield for authorized emergency vehicle, reckless driving, passing on the shoulder of the roadway, seat belt, and suspended registration.

Gregory Damell Sanders, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 7, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with missing or impaired tag lights and driving without a valid license.

Chowdhury Faiyaz, 22, of Atlanta, was arrested on Oct. 8, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and reckless driving.

Thomas Andrew Mundy, 59, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 8, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery.

Stuart Coleman Sanson, 36, of Marietta, was arrested on Oct. 8, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, speeding in excess of maximum limits, failure to maintain lane, driving with missing or impaired tag lights, driving without brake lights or working turn signals, improper lane change or usage, and using defective equipment.

Hailii Mechelle Dover, 19, of Mishawaka, IN, was arrested on Oct. 9, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of false reporting of a crime and creating false statements or writing; concealing facts or fraudulent documents in matters of government.

Bradley Allen Rae Jones, 19, of Reseaca, was arrested on Oct. 9, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with suspended and expired registration and DUI.

Christina Ann Jones, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 9, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Celso Mendez Garcia, 29, of Doraville, was arrested on Oct. 10, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and failure to maintain lane.

Michael Shane Leatherwood, 48, of Aragon, was arrested on Oct. 10, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by conversion.

Sheila Barrett, 62, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Timothy Joseph Beck, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling, theft by taking, burglary, and intruding on railroad tracks.

Joanna Kelly Buttram, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, or drugs without consent, meth possession, criminal trespassing, and party to a crime.

Amber Laminack, 39, of Fruithurst, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession, possession and use of drug-related objects, possession of a schedule V controlled substance, failure to obey traffic control devices or police, and bond drop.

Jean Marie Mahan, 36, of Aragon, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Steven Rand McGatha,30, of Buchanan, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing, possession and use of drug-related objects, meth possession, theft by taking, loitering or prowling, and marijuana possession.

Darrell Wayne Pickett, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing and party to a crime.

Kadin Christopher Rogers, 17, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 11, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license.
