Victor Duane Dostart, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 2, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Javon Mohon, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 2, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and failure to maintain lane.

Justin Edwin Oliver, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 2, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving too fast for conditions, reckless driving, two counts of aggravated assault, obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Carole Jordan Hicks, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 2, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI.

Jason Allen Bailey, 37, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Nov. 3, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of battery.

Paul Lamar Deems, 56, of Aragon, was arrested on Nov. 3, 2018, by the GSP Cartersvil­le on charges of failure to maintain lane, DUI, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Rodrick Shayne Turner, 55, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 3, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI, driving without tag lights, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Saenya Michelle Mitchell, 34, of Marietta, was arrested on Nov. 3, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Jeremiah Purser, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 3, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.

Candace Nicole Gonzales, 33, of Kingston, was arrested on Nov. 3, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possessing drugs outside of their original container and sale, manufactur­e, delivery, or possession of dangerous drugs.

Euris Andre Elkins, 54, of Rome, was arrested on Nov. 4, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and DUI.

Joseph Paul Messer, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 4, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of cruelty to children, battery, and simple battery.

Devin Preston Rhoden, 21, of Douglasvil­le, was arrested on Nov. 4, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI.James Cody Anderson, 29, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 5, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Nathaniel Allen Clackum, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failure to report accident with injury, death, or damage, driving with suspended registrati­on, failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object, and reckless driving.

Terry Wade Johnson, 35, of Rome, was arrested on Nov. 5, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and obscuring or tinting tag frame.

Davie Meeks, 22, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 5, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery and criminal trespassin­g.

Amanda Jean Rangel, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 5, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of burglary.

Jessica Shumaker, 29, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 5, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shopliftin­g.

Jason Lamar Deems, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of public drunkennes­s and disorderly conduct.

Allison Donley, 42, of Jonesboro, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of giving a false name, address, or birth date to a law enforcemen­t officer.

Justin Donley, 25, of Tucker, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of three counts of simple assault and criminal trespassin­g.

Mason Farmer, 17, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery.

John Jeremy Ferguson, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespassin­g.

Jason Ordie Gulley, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and marijuana possession.

Letitia Dawn Gurley, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

James Randall Messick, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession, possession and use of drug-related objects, driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving with missing or impaired tag lights, and improper parking.

Ashley Shepherd, 36, of Tucker, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Sulie Ann Clifton, 32, of Dallas, was arrested on Nov. 7, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of public drinking and drunkennes­s.

Brandi Lacha Dobbs, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 7, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of headlight requiremen­ts and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Bobby Dean Padgett, 51, of Aragon, was taken into custody on Nov. 7, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by taking and theft by deception.

Joshua Lewis Owens, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 8, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by deception and theft by shopliftin­g.

Benjamin Clark Robinson, 25, of Piedmont, was arrested on Nov. 8, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of three counts of sexual exploitati­on of children, electronic­ally publishing obscene material to minors, enticing a child for indecent purposes, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, and possessing drugs outside of their original container.
