Candace Mae Hancock, 34, of Cartersville, was arrested on Nov. 9, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI.

Segura Segura Segura, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 9, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane, seatbelt violations, and marijuana possession.

William Henry Williams, 25, of Atlanta, was arrested on Nov. 9, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Tifton Lavell Borders, 53, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 10, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of four counts of reckless conduct, eight counts of aggravated assault, eight counts of terroristic threats and acts, possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing, discharge of firearms on or near public highway or street, open container violation, and four counts of reckless conduct.

Donna Elizabeth Taylor, 21, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 10, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Kenneth Joseph Taylor, 52, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 10, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Don Ray Young, 38, of Aragon, was arrested on Nov. 10, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI.

John Lee Dawson, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 10, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery, cruelty to children, and simple battery.

Amber Elizabeth Jones, 24, of Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Nov. 10, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of forgery.

Davares Laron Frazier, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 10, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of two counts of speeding in excess of maximum limits, marijuana possession, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended or revoked license, not complying with the move over law, possession of open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, failure to maintain lane, and improper lane change or usage.

Kathy Puckett, 60, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov.. 11, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children.

Andrew Steven Raper, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 11, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of two counts of theft by taking.

John Jeremy Ferguson, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 11, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession and possession and use of drugrelated objects.

Jeffery Daniel Goforth, 48, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 12, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of terroristic threats and acts.

Letitia Dawn Gurley, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 12, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

John Benjamin Phillips, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 12, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Vivian Denise Foster, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 13, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession, possession and use of drugrelated objects, hit and run, failure to report accident with injury, death, or damage.

Daquad Keontrae Morris, 21, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 13, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, possession of firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies.

Shannon Wayne cole, 43, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 14, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Gonzalo Higinio Coronado, 28, of Collinsville, was arrested on Nov. 14, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, driving without a valid license, and seatbelt violations.

Lloyd Lavon Henry, 31, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 14, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license.

Robert Earl Skelton, 27, of Hiram, was arrested on Nov. 14, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing and cruelty to children.

Catherine Leanne Galloway, 49, of Piedmont, was arrested on Nov. 15, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Cody Andrew Leek, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 15, 2018, by the GSP Cartersville, was arrested on charges of DUI, failure to yield while turning left, failure to maintain lane, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and reckless driving.

Jessi L Puckett, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 15, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

/ Kevin Myrick CAR SEAT SAFETY: State and local officials teamed up in a Polk County Police Department-organized car seat safety check event in the Walmart parking lot in Cedartown on Saturday, Nov. 17. A number of car seats were available to people who needed to replace theirs because of safety concerns, and training was also provided by officers from Polk County Police, Cedartown Police and the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
