The following arrests were reported by the Polk County Jail between Friday, November 16 and Tuesday, November 20, 2018. Due to the Thanksgivi­ng holiday, the rest of the reports weren’t available at press time. They’ll be included in the forthcomin­g December 5 edition. James Ralph Lee Fain, 34, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 16, 2018, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Ebonee Richardson, 37, of Kennesaw, was arrested on Nov. 16, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI, violating the open container violation, failure to maintain lane, possession of drugs, alcohol, weapons, or unauthoriz­ed items by an inmate, and meth possession.

Michelle Alisa Carter, 43, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Nov. 17, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of false report of a crime and creating false statements of writings in matters of government.

Bernardino Reynoso Perez, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 17, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling and driving without a valid license.

Justin Willie Waits, 31, of Buchanan, was arrested on Nov. 17, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI.

Barbara Annette Carter, 59, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Nov. 18, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of meth possession and crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicant­s, or drugs without consent.

Dustin Tremayne Davis, 30, of Aragon, was arrested on Nov. 18, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespassin­g.

Michael Wayne Jones, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 18, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shopliftin­g and disorderly conduct.

Jeffery James Lovingood, 27, of Rome, was arrested on Nov. 18, 2018, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and defective equipment.

Chad Wendell Crowe, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 19, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Mark Anthony Harris, 24, of Douglasvil­le, was taken into custody on Nov. 19, 2018, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jamal Malik Sims, 21, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 19, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of simple battery, criminal trespassin­g, cruelty to children, and false imprisonme­nt.

Nathaniel Clackum, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 20, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers and disorderly conduct.

Paul Brandon Greenway, 46, of Cedartown, was arrested on Nov. 20, 2018, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft of services.

Dillion Leroy Jackson, 17, of Rockmart, was arrested on Nov. 20, 2018, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, loitering or prowling, criminal trespassin­g, and wearing a mask, hood, or device which conceals identity of wearer.
