Teresa Dawn Cotton, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Austin Tyler Fuqua, 19, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 18, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of marijuana possession.

Jesse Stephen Turner, 31, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on Jan. 18, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of simple assault, burglary, and two counts of theft by taking.

Kevin Dwayne Hamilton, 52, of Sandrock, was arrested on Jan. 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of resisting arrest, DUI, reckless driving, violating the open container rule, driving in a divided highway, controlled access roadway, and emergency lanes, and driving through a safety zone.

Gerald Marcus Brantley, 36, of Villa Rica, was arrested on Jan. 19, 2019, by the GSP Cartersville on charges of DUI, reckless driving, driving too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane, driving without a valid license, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Alexis Leigha Cook, 18, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 19, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of marijuana possession.

Anthony Jones, 57, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 20, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of cruelty to children.

Dontavious Luke, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 20, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of marijuana possession.

Terita Terri Mitchell, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 20, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Joshua Priester, 19, of Dallas, was arrested on Jan. 20, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of marijuana possession.

Joshua Glenn Gonzales, 27, of Aragon, was arrested on Jan. 21, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and theft by receiving stolen property.

Courtney Lynn Grams, 17, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 21, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of marijuana possession.

Melany Ann Grothe, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 21, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Felix Hernandez, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 21, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Jason Dewayne Yancey, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 21, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple assault.

Jacorian Philpot, 21, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 22, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of marijuana possession.

Eric Sanchez, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 22, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Sally Alane Spann, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 22, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving without insurance, and driving with suspended registration.

Donald James Taschereau, 34, of Aragon, was arrested on Jan. 22, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of aggravated assault.

Donna Ballew, 55, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 23, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by taking.

Olivia Chavez Callejas, 28, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 23, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without insurance and driving without a valid license.

Dustin Andrew Merritt, 33, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on Jan. 23, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of false imprisonment and battery.

Christi Levon Waters, 34, of Aragon, was arrested on Jan. 23, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by taking.

Troy Morgan Beaty, 57, of Rockmart, was arrestedon Jan. 24, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of marijuana possession and driving with defective tires.

Jeremy Allen Chavez, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession, two counts of possessing drugs outside of their original containers, marijuana possession, and possession and use of drugrelated objects.

Carrie Ann Crowley, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or meth, meth possession, meth possession with intent, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Kayla Espeseth, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.

Stacey Lynn Maddox, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possessing drugs outside of their original container, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, forgery, and elder abuse.

Brian Kerry Mayhem, 32, of Cartersville, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of begging and soliciting arms.

Jerome Jonathan Means, 40, of Buchanan, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and no insurance.

Michael Dillon Prater, 25, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling.
