Kristy Lynn Hopkins, 36, of Temple, was arrested on March 22, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Teri Lyn Horton, 58, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 22, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Rilla Dianne Brock, 67, of Aragon, was arrested on March 22, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of battery.

Eneida Lorena Vicente-Vicente, 20, of Rome, was arrested on March 22, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of identity theft fraud when using or possessing identifying info concerning a person.

James Allen Vines, 22, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on March 22, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of hit and run, tire requirements, failure to yield when entering the roadway, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and open container violations.

Randall Jonathan Willerson, 44, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 22, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to maintain lane.

Gregory Spruiell, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 22, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign, reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, failure to maintain lane, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and aggravated assault.

Kenneth Lamar Winston, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 22, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

John Lamar Langston, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 22, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by receiving stolen property.

Jonathan Lloyd Madden, 32, of Bremen, was arrested on March 22, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Michael Reece Ellis, 23, of Rome, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunkenness.

Alfredo Esteban Esteban, 50, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Jerry Wayne Messer, 46, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of meth possession and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Jason Anthony Smith, 46, of Wesley Chapel, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Christopher Thompson, 38, of Cumming, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of willful interference with an emergency medical professional, obstruction of law enforcement officers, aggravated assault, interference with government property, giving a false name, address, or birth date to law enforcement officers, and removal or attempted removal of weapon from a public official.

Fern Renee Workman, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Brian Edwin Spann, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of meth possession and meth possession with intent.

Travale Lamar Farris, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Richard Leland Garrett, 31, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of marijuana possession, possession and use of drug-related objects, possessing drugs outside of their original container, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Thomas Jacob Griffith, 29, of Dallas, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of meth possession, theft by shoplifting, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Craig Bradley Hames, 35, of Hiram, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession, giving a false name or other information to a police officer, and failing to meet headlight requirements.

Shamari Tylee Agee, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 23, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Damon Lucas Bennett, 40, of Flowery Branch, Ga, was arrested on March 24, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, disorderly conduct, and simple assault.

Joel Bennett, 40, of Acworth, was arrested on March 24, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possessing drugs outside of their original container and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Amanda Jean Rangel, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 24, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Melissa Sue Bennett, 39, of Acworth, was arrested on March 24, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possessing drugs outside of their original container and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Kunta Rashad Hood, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 24, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Dustin Jeffries, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 24, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Sally Spann, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 24, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession, possession and use of drug-related objects, crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, or drugs without permission, criminal trespassing, and simple battery.

Troy Morgan Beaty, 57, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 25, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI, reckless driving, possession and use of drugrelated objects, failure to maintain lane, and possession of a schedule I controlled substance.

Alyssa Beth Frey, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 25, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Thomas Lee Lipscomb, 35, of Buchanan, was arrested on March 25, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to notify owners upon striking a fixed object, failure to report accident with injury, death, or damage, seat belt violations, and failure to maintain lane.

Elizabeth Leeann Morgan, 19, of Rockmart, was arrested on March 25, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Denise Patterson, 50, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 25, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession and use of drug-related objects, obstruction of law enforcement officers, aggravated stalking, and marijuana possession.

Jessica Elaine Welchel, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 25, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failing to meet windshield, window, or wiper requirements, driving with a suspended or revoked license, seat belt violations, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Joshua Duane Forrister, 39, of Aragon, was arrested on March 26, 2019, by the GSP Cartersville on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

William Virgil Harrell, 41, of Buchanan, was arrested on March 26, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of reckless driving, super speeding, failure to use signal, failure to maintain lane, hit and run, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Jimmy Roger Long, 25, of White, Ga, was taken into custody on March 26, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of battery and cruelty to children.

Callee Payton Shadrix, 18, of Carrollton, was arrested on March 26, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license, driving without tag lights, driving with expired registration, and driving with missing or impaired headlights.

David Michael Brock, 56, of Rome, was arrested on March 27, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of marijuana possession and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jacob Sean Dobbins, 27, of Canton, was arrested on March 27, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, failure to maintain lane, marijuana possession, and reckless driving.

Richard Keith Gentry, 55, of Aragon, was arrested on March 27, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with missing or impaired tag lights, failure to yield for emergency vehicles, meth possession, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Benjamin Headrick, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 27, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of passing in a no passing zone, holding or supporting a device while driving, driving too fast for conditions, and reckless driving.

Rachel Leann Hullender, 32, of Villa Rica, was arrested on March 27, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a valid license and seat belt violations.

Anthony Joseph Lazzara, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on March 27, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and public drunkenness.

Kenneth Waynes Lines, 17, of Buchanan, was arrested on March 27, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers and theft by taking.
