Teresa Dawn Cotton, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 12, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by receiving stolen property.

Lisha Ann Waits, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 12, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by taking and theft of lost or mislaid property.

Walter Eugene Weaver, 45, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 12, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Amos Lee Hall, 34, of Leoma, was arrested on April 12, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and theft by shoplifting.

Erin Kelly Harrison, 38, of Sandrock, was arrested on April 12, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Tony Lee Ingram, 45, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 13, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of theft by receiving property stolen in another state.

Latasha Jenkins-Golden, 42, of Dallas, was arrested on April 13, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Stephen Deweayne Bertles, 35, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 13, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of burglary.

John Earl McConnell, 25, of Armuchee, was arrested on April 13 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, reckless driving, marijuana possession, driving with a suspended or revoked license, improper backing, and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Kevin Lamar Wilkes, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 13, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of DUI, driving with missing or impaired tag lights, and driving with missing or impaired tail lights or lenses.

Justin Quartez Sims, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 13, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and marijuana possession.

Joseph Lee Bergen, 38, of Hampton, was arrested on April 14, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of meth possession, failing to meet headlight requirements, and failing to meet tag light requirements.

Courtney Rebecca Bragg, 35, of Rockmart, was taken into custody on April 14, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by shoplifting. Teresa Dawn Cotton, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 12, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by receiving stolen property.

Tristan Kirk, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 14, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Daqvon Douglas Smash, 30, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 14, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of meth possession, two counts of drug-related objects, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender, possession and carrying a concealed weapon without a license, criminal use of an article with an altered ID mark.

Gavin Rahasthan Burge, 35, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 15, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, false imprisonment, simple battery, and battery against a pregnant female.

Chuckie Bryan Reece, 56, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 15, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery and criminal trespassing.

Davon Lamar Smith, 24, of Rome, was arrested on April 15, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Kenneth Allen Wright, 21, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 15, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple assault.

Jason Gregory Hannah, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 16, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespassing.

Heather Ruth Swift, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 16, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of battery and cruelty to children.

Shannon Washington, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 16, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of adult seat belt violations, acquiring a license plate for purpose of concealing identification of a motor vehicle, and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Keith Oneil Cardenal, 51, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 17, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and failing to meet headlight requirements.

Darleen Elizabeth Clark, 650, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 17, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of burglary.

Cedric Sheldon Hargrove, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 17, 2019, by the DTFPolk on charges of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, sale, manufacture, delivery, or possession of dangerous drugs, and possession with intent of a schedule I or II controlled substance.

Zyshonne Middlebrooks, 20, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 17, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of two counts of reckless driving, driving without insurance, acquiring a license plate for purpose of concealing identification of a motor vehicle, driving with expired registration, five counts of failing to stop at a stop sign, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, obstructing an intersection, improper parking, laying drag, and resisting a police officer.

Keitas Louis Spencer, 37, of Grand Bay, Al, was arrested on April 17, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of resisting police.

Sandra Linette Bowling, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with no brake lights or working turn signals and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Simiracle Nicole Bryant, 25, of Rome, was arrested on April 18, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of marijuana possession, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, driving with missing or impaired tag lights, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, and marijuana possession, purchase, manufacture, distribution, or sale.

Heather Ann Highfill, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 18, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of affixing materials that reduce or increase light transmission or reflectance of windows or windshields and marijuana possession.

Temaj Dayquinn Hunt, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and possession and use of drugrelated objects.

David Charles Lorenz, 58, of Rome, was arrested on April 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of open container violation and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Stanley Michael Shaw, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of marijuana possession.

Kamari Chazjuan Sullivan, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by receiving stolen property, possession and use of drugrelated objects, two counts of marijuana sale, purchase, manufacture, or distribution, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies.

Mitchell Travick, 57, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Kenneth Lamar Windston, 55, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 18, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.
