Jessica Lynette Skinner, 33, of Heflin, was arrested on June 21, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.
Norma Dunn Tomczak, 60, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 22, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended or revoked license, obstructing law enforcement officers, DUI, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Marco Trinidad Del Valle, 53, of Norcross, was arrested on June 22, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with an expired license and reckless driving.
Jesse Shawn Johnson, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 21, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by services.
Octavia Shantel Clark, 24, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on June 21, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving with suspended registration.
Robert David Creel, 60, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 21, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft of services.
Shannon Johnson Creel, 43, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 21, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft of services.
Thomas Bradley Duke, 33, of Hinesville, was arrested on June 22, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of reckless conduct and cruelty to children.
David Wayne Chasteen, 43, of Dallas, was arrested on June 22, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and impeding the free flow of traffic.
William Thomas Duke, 56, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 22, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, battery, and cruelty to children.
Samuel Lewis Dunwoody, 66, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 23, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI.
Shekeenah Dorsey, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 23, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.
Kevin Dashon Johnson, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 23, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and reckless driving.

William Daniel Travis Rowell, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 23, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated assault, false imprisonment, battery, terroristic threats and acts, disorderly conduct, and obstructing any law enforcement officers.

Marion Dannielle Jones, 35, of Silver Creek, was taken into custody on June 24, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by shoplifting and criminal trespassing.
Nicole McCarthren, 40, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on June 24, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by taking.

Christopher Lee Odell, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 24, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple assault.
Wesley Wayne Shanks, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 24, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of two counts of a possession schedule II controlled substance, criminal trespassing, theft by shoplifting, possession with the intent to distribute, obstruction of law enforcement officers, heroin possession, meth possession, and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Celerino Angeles-Jimenez, 49, of Cedartown, was taken into custody on June 25, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving without insurance and driving without a valid license.
Stacey Dena Bigbee, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 25, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of burglary.
Jamie Denise Elliott, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 25, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession.
Ryan Thad Golden, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 25, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession, two counts of schedule II controlled substance, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit felonies, crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, or drugs without consent, possessing drugs outside of their original container, and open container violation.
