The following arrests were reported by the Polk County Jail between

Efrain Tomas, 45, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 23, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and failure to maintain lane.

Edvin Vicelino MendezTemaj, 33, of Carrollton, was arrested on August 23, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license and improper stopping or parking on the roadway.

Van Elaine Camp, 61, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 23, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, use of a communication facility in committing or facilitating a felony act, schedule III, IV, or V controlled substance possession, and party to a crime.

Adolfo Hernandez-Escutia, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 23, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI.

Tivory Geddie, 27, of Marietta, was arrested on August 24, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Daniel James Patterson, 26, of Dalton, was arrested on August 24, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI, littering the highway, and criminal trespassing.

John David Austin Perez, 20, of Rockmart, was arrested on August 24, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Angelia Dawn Hall, 54, of Rome, was arrested on August 24, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with missing or impaired tag lights, use of a license plate with intent to conceal, using an unregistered vehicle, and possession and use of drugrelated objects.

Jenny Marie Harvey, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 24, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession, possession and use of drug-related objects, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and two counts of possessing drugs outside of their original container.

Dontavious Luke, 19, of Rockmart, was arrested on August 24, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession and use of drug-related objects.

Russel Ty Emmit Norris, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 25, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, laying drag, driving without a tag, and adult seat belt violations.

Justin Wade Bagley, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 25, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery and four counts of cruelty to children.

Cassnadra Desaray Pankey, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 25, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of loitering.

Gregory Welchel, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 25, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of meth possession.

Tammy Michelle Adams, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested on August 26, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Ismael Mateo Ramirez, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 26, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license.

Olen Jerry Sisson, 77, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 26, 2019, by the GSP Cartersville on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, and hit and run.

Charles Lee Vandersommen, 18, of Rockmart, was arrested on August 26, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of simple battery, disorderly conduct, and obstructing law enforcement officers.

Christopher Alan Brooks, 46, of Rome, was arrested on August 27, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving with expired registration.

Nautica Nicole Heath, 21, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 27, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

James Leonard Maloy, 27, of Dallas, was taken into custody on August 27, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated stalking and harassing communications.

Robert William McCollum, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 27, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Joshua Wayne Watson, 34, of Rockmart, was arrested on August 27, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, acquiring a license plate for concealing identity of a motor vehicle, and driving without insurance.

Kayla Marie Campbell, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on August 28, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI, two counts of obstructing law enforcement officers, failure to maintain lane, open container violations, and terroristic threats and acts.

David Lamar Cook, 45, of Rockmart, was arrested on August 28, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Rebecca Marie Kugler, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested on August 28, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Dillion Joseph Locklear, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 28, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Stacey Cora Sauls, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 28, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Gary Lee Thomas, 59, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 28, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession, crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, or drugs without consent, two counts of obstructing law enforcement officers, and financial transaction card theft.

Christy Mosley Wilson, 37, of Rockmart, was arrested on August 28, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct and two counts of battery.

Quitman Deshawn Berry, 26, of Aragon, was arrested on August 29, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving with missing or impaired tag lights.

Mario Domingo, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 29, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of the maximum limits and driving without a valid license.

Brenda Henry, 67, of Cedartown, was arrested on August 29, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple assault and terroristic threats and acts.
