NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Polk County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing regarding an abandonment of Right of Way on Old Esom Hill Loop on Monday, January 6, 2020 at 5:15pm in the Commission Meeting Room at 73 Clines Ingram Jackson Road (Polk County Police Department), Cedartown, Georgia, 30125. Comments from the public will be accepted at this time. The proposed abandonment of Right of Way is located on Old Esom Hill Loop between Johnson Lake Road & Parcel 025B036. The portion of Old Esom Hill Loop that will be considered for abandonment is approximately 520’ in length. Following the public hearing, the Commission will consider abandonment of this portion of Right of Way during their Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 7:00pm in the Commission Meeting Room at 73 Clines Ingram Jackson Road (Polk County Police Department), Cedartown, Georgia, 30125.
