James Jeffery Couch, 55, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 20, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of reckless conduct.

Christopher Taylor Sparks, 36, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 20, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess limits, reckless driving, failure to obey traffic signal or light, open container violation, improper lane change or usage, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Cody Danielle Dawson, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting police officers.

Benjamin Wayne Wooten, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of meth possession and possession and use of drugrelated objects.

Jay Charles Lieurance, 50, of Buchanan, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children.

Gilmar Ottoniel Mendez-Gonzalez, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2019, by the GSP Cartersville on charges of failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, driving in a divided highway or other limited access road, driving on the wrong side of the road, DUI, improper lane change or usage, and driving without a license.

Randall Berry Fortner, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of meth possession and improper tag usage.

Beatriz Vargas, 35, of Smyrna, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

James Byron Walls, 45, of Aragon, was taken into custody on Dec. 22, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of hindering the apprehension of a criminal.

Andre Armond Avance, 34, of Macon, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2019, by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of driving without insurance, driving with expired registration, driving without a license, and battery.

Bobby Edward Perez, 46, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2019, by the Rockmart Police

Department on charges of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, obstructing law enforcement officers, and meth possession.

Eric Steven Cummings, 51, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespassing.

Mark Bejamin Jones, 32, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting, possession and use of drug-related objects, meth possession, and theft by shoplifting.

Georgia Marie Salmon, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of hindering the apprehension of a criminal.

Amber Rae Diamond, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of six counts of possessing drugs outside of their original container, two counts of obstructing law enforcement officers, theft by shoplifting, criminal trespassing, meth possession, marijuana possession, and two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Deborah Ann Coots, 57, of Rome, was arrested on Dec. 24, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of impeding the free flow of traffic, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and meth possession.

Gloria Catherine Flynn, 51, of Rome, was arrested on Dec. 24, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of meth possession.

Dusky Irby, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 24, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of marijuana possession and resisting a police officer.

John Lamar Langston, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 24, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of meth possession, possession and use of drug-related objects, and crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants, or drugs without consent.

Terence Tenell Lee, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 24, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Sheila Ann McLaughlin, 31, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 24, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of theft by deception.

Triston Drake Bright, 19, of Dallas, was arrested on Dec. 25, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license, using altered or improperly transferred tags, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Christal Faye Bruce, 44, Aragon, was arrested on Dec. 25, 2019, by the Aragon Police Department on charges of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possessing drugs outside of their original container.

Tyreke Tyshun Cameron, 22, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 25, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of two counts of disorderly conduct.

Shontasha Shebreon Clark, 23, of Aragon, was arrested on Dec. 25, 2019, by the Polk County Police Department on charges of reckless driving, failure to obey a stop sign, driving with a withdrawn license, speeding in excess of maximum limits, and failure to maintain insurance.

Cornelius Lamar Furr, 25, of Cartersville, was taken into custody on Dec. 25, 2019, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of battery.

Tiffany Cherie Macko, 32, of Rockmart, was arrested on Dec. 25, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of meth possession, possession and use of drugrelated objects, and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Javier Reynoso Diaz, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of improper stopping on the roadway and driving without a valid license.

Patrick Marsh, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2019, by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of driving with missing or impaired tag lights, driving without a valid license, driving without insurance, using defective equipment, and operating without a proper tag or decal.

Jade Camill McCall, 20, of Rockmat, was arrested on Dec. 26, 2019, by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of driving without a valid license, driving with missing or impaired tag lights, using defective equipment, and resisting a police officer.
