Billy Jamon Flemister, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of criminal trespass.
Brandon Michael Harris, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of simple assault.
William Bradford Hunnicutt, 59, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, and obstructing EMTs.
Amanda Sue Lawhorn, 41, of Taylorsville, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2021, by Rockmart Police on two counts of theft by shoplifting.
Colten Bradley Summers, 18, of Cartersville, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of possession of tobacco by a minor, possession, manufacture, sale or distribution of marijuana — two counts, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and possession and use of drugrelated objects — four counts.
Chad Nelson Tucker, 42, of Aragon, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of tampering with evidence, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
Charles Alan Williams, 35, of Taylorsville, was arrested on Jan. 7, 2021, by Rockmart Police on two counts of theft by shoplifting.
Richard Darnell Abbott, 55, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 6, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of public drunkenness.
Artavious Tyshon Alford, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 6, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of aggravated assault, and simple assault.
John Taft Caudle, 40, of Marietta, was arrested on Jan. 6, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of failure to use signal, obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribution, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and possession and use of drugrelated objects.
Juanita Kay Ingram, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 6, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of battery, and criminal trespass.
Casey Leigh Ann Stowe, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 5, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of criminal trespass.
Richard Wayne Tibbetts, 74, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 5, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and aggravated assault.
Kenneth James Cochran, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 2, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of battery.
Brandi Hanson, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on Dec. 31, 2020, by Polk County Police on charges of criminal trespass, and theft by taking.
Temaj Dayquinn Hunt, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 1, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of possession, manufacture, sale or distribution of marijuana — four counts, possession and use of drugrelated objects — two counts, obstruction of law enforcement officers — two counts, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of substances with intent to use them to manufacture Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substances, possession of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Randy McClarity, 56, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 3, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of battery.
Laney Dewayne McClure, 49, of Rome, was arrested on Dec. 31, 2020, by Cedartown Police on a charge of expired registration.
Billie Webster Ponder, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 1, 2021, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault — two counts, possession of methamphetamine, first-degree criminal damage to property, cruelty to animals, and a bench warrant.
Ateryka Danee Stevens, 29, of Rome, was arrested on Dec. 31, 2020, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and suspended registration.
Donald Taschereau, 36, of Aragon, was arrested on Jan. 2, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of criminal trespass, obstruction of law enforcement officers, and interference with government property.
Angela Gail Weimer, 73, of Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 1, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of terroristic threats and acts, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.
Trevor Lee Williams, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 2, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of possession, manufacture, sale or distribution of marijuana — two counts, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, theft by receiving, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.
