Janice Haynes Fortune, 77, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 5, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of simple battery.

David Trenton Glaze, residence unknown, was arrested on Aug. 5, 2021, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault, false imprisonment, simple battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and terroristic threats and acts.

Sammy Dean Haney, 60, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 5, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of public drunkenness, and unlawful conduct during an emergency phone call.

Jamie Dale Cooper, 49, of Rome, was arrested on Aug. 4, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Dallas Lacie Folsom, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 4, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of failure to stop for a school bus, hit and run, failure to report an accident resulting in damage, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Diamond Lashea Fortenberry, 17, of Rockmart, was arrested on Aug. 4, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of cruelty to animals, simple assault, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Felicia Lee Fortune, 45, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 4, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of simple battery.

Tyler Lane Mobbs, 23, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 4, 2021, by Georgia State Patrol on charges of failure to maintain lane, driving under the influence, seat belt violation, and too fast for conditions.

Matthew Lee Pierce, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 4, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, driving while license suspended or revoked, and a bench warrant.

Johnathan Wayne Pyles, 37, of Rockmart, was arrested on Aug. 4, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of battery.

Jacob Michael Royer, 20, of Rockmart, was arrested on Aug. 4, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs.

Patrick O’Neal Francis, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 3, 2021, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of failure to yield while turning left, and driving while license expired.

Eric Kyle Hooper, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 3, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of aggravated assault, kidnapping, simple battery, terroristic threats and acts, and false imprisonment.

Timothy Chad Pettyjohn, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 3, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of violation of a family violence order.

Stephen Cody Brannon, 27, of Aragon, was arrested on Aug. 2, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Saron Denise Menefee, 37, of Dallas, was arrested on Aug. 2, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Cameron Scott Anders, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested on July 30, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of aggravated assault, cruelty to children — allowing child to witness, first-degree cruelty to children, battery, and robbery.

County Police on charges of no operating brake lights/signals, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Hayden Lee Cannon, 21, of Tallapoosa, was arrested on July 31, 2021, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of burglary, and second-degree criminal damage to property.

Wilmar M. Simon Chun, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 1, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of headlight requirements, tag lights required, and driving under the influence.

Jose Luis Salgado, 62, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 26, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of disorderly conduct — two counts, aggravated assault — two counts, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, loitering or prowling, stalking — two counts, reckless conduct, pointing or aiming a gun at another — two counts, entering a motor vehicle with intent to commit theft or felony, theft by taking, and third-degree cruelty to children — three counts.

Jeremy Phillip Cobb, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 25, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance, operating without a proper tag/decal, and no brake lights or working turn signals.

Michelle Cordero-Laredo, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on July 23, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of no license on person, violation of license restrictions, too fast for conditions, and seat belt violation.
