Troy Russell Emerich, 30, of Fruithurst, Ala., was arrested on Aug. 12, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of first-degree burglary.

Patty Channel Gonzalez, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on Aug. 12, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Justin Ryan Hamilton, 29, of Fruithurst, Ala., was arrested on Aug. 12, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of first-degree burglary.

Sharon Commander Padgett, 57, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 12, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of improper use of 911 system.

Sidney Hunter Lee Pitts, 26, of Summerville, was arrested on Aug. 12, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Shima Sharie Warren, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested on Aug. 12, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of simple battery, and second-degree cruelty to children.

Phillip Hollis, 37, of Dallas, was arrested on Aug. 11, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of a Schedule III controlled substance.

Robert Wayne Hubbard, 51, of Aragon, was arrested on Aug. 11, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, and possession of heroin.

Claude Thomas Kinnebrew, 35, of Rome, was arrested on Aug. 11, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of aggravated assault, firstdegree cruelty to children, and third-degree cruelty to children.

Tracy Lynn Sanders, 48, of Marietta, was arrested on Aug. 11, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, sale, manufacture, deliver, or possess dangerous drugs — two counts, possession and use of drug-related objects, false report of a crime, tampering with evidence, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Stephen Cody Brannon, 27, of Aragon, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of battery.

Victoria Allison Dickert, 27, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of simple assault, and thirddegree cruelty to children.

Hunter Edward Fincher, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of simple battery, and thirddegree cruelty to children.

John Robert Harrington, 47, of Rockmart, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of improper use of 911, and false report of a crime.

Lionardo Lora, 38, of Dallas, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of heroin, and possession and use of drug-related objects — five counts.

Chadwick Lee Owens, 32, of Kingston, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of theft by taking, second-degree criminal damage to property, obstruction of law enforcement officers, and probation violation.

Brittiny Leeann Padgett, 18, of Aragon, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of heroin, false statements or writings, giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers — two counts, obstruction of law enforcement officers — two counts, and possession and use of drug-related objects — five counts.

Trent Edward Lee Pope, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of methamphetamine, and parole violation.

Jerry Neal Bridges, 51, of Rome, was arrested on Aug. 6, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of public drunkenness.

Kenneth Leon Davis, 57, of Aragon, was arrested on Aug. 8, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of simple battery.

James Thomas Hampton, 25, of Lindale, was arrested on Aug. 6, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of criminal trespass, possession of methamphetamine, and crossing guard lines with contraband.

Quincy Lashun Lester, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on Aug. 6, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Jay Charles Lieurance, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 7, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of expired registration, driving while license suspended or revoked, and seat belt violation.

Jayla Arlicia Mays, 18, of Rockmart, was arrested on Aug. 6, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

James Clinton Nix, 72, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 7, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of no brake lights or working turn signals, expired registration, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, and fourthdegree forgery.

Atrail Nichole Shanice Sims, 18, of Rockmart, was arrested on Aug. 6. 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

William Summerour, 29, of Rockmart, was arrested on Aug. 7, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Takeyolow Keygoun Turner, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on Aug. 7, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of simple assault, obstruction of law enforcement officers — two counts, and unlawful conduct during a 911 call.

Andre Samuel Walker, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 6, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of sexual battery, and a bench warrant.
