James Clyde Cawood, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 7, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of second-degree cruelty to children, and possession of heroin.

Kelly Lea Earwood, 59, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 7, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence, and defective equipment.

Chelsey Nichole Everette, 30, of Conyers, was arrested on Oct. 7, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of theft by taking, escape, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Joel William Goldin, 65, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 7, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of public drunkenness, and loitering.

Leona Kay Cochran, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2021, by Polk County Police on a charge of public drunkenness.

John Robert Harrington, 47, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of improper use of 911, and a bench warrant.

James Lamar Kelley, 39, of Buchanan, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession and use of drugrelated objects, theft by receiving, theft by taking, and first-degree burglary.

Katherine Teresa McClendon, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of criminal trespass — two counts, and loitering or prowling.

Melissa Blythe Roberson, 44, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2021, by

Rockmart Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, and possession and use of drug-related objects.

Kendric Lamont Sewell, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Tyron Boykin, 60, of Atlanta, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and tag light required.

Joel William Goldin, 65, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2021, by Aragon Police on charges of tag/ registration requirements, failure to maintain lane, no insurance, open container violation, and driving while license expired.

Amanda Rikki Kenney Johnson, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Marcus Bernard Paggett, 42, of Douglasville, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, and open container violation.

James Dustin Whitfield, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of suspended registration, no insurance, driving under the influence, and open container violation.

Milton Shane Bell, 41, of Buchanan, was arrested on Oct. 4, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, obstruction of law enforcement officers, disorderly conduct, and preventing or disrupting lawful meetings, gatherings, or processions.

Randall Kyle Guttery, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 4, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of simple battery.

Delane M. Johnson, 28, of Rome, was arrested on Oct. 4, 2021, by Aragon Police on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Mark Justin Williams, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 4, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of aggravated stalking — two counts, terroristic threats and acts, and probation violation.

Joeseph Lee Davis, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 2, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of no insurance, driving while license suspended or revoked, and expired registration.

Dustin Allen Elicker, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 3, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of simple battery, terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Drake Hunter Ezell, 23, of Taylorsville, was arrested on Oct. 3, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, and open container violation.

Katelynn Diana Horne, 24, of Marietta, was arrested on Oct. 3, 2021, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Kayla Diane Jordan, 32, of Rome, was arrested on Oct. 1, 2021, by Cedartown Police on charges of improper backing, resisting a police officer, and hit and run.

Melvin Deray Kent, 50, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 1, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, tampering with evidence, littering, possession of methamphetamine, bicycle light required at night, and possession and use of drugrelated objects.

Steven Rodney Phillips, 51, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 3, 2021, by Polk County Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to stop at a stop sign, and expired registration.

Keisha May Price, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on Oct. 2, 2021, by Cedartown Police on a charge of battery.

Nathanial Arthur Weisenburger, 27, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 3, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, and failure to maintain lane.

Misty Paige Williams, 33, of Rockmart, was arrested on Oct. 1, 2021, by Rockmart Police on charges of possession of heroin, and possession of methamphetamine.
