Alicia Gaston, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 20, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of truancy.

David Scott Stephens, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 20, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of second-degree cruelty to children.

Cleveland Steve Williams, 52, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 20, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of simple battery.

Matthew Jordan Carter, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 19, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of criminal trespass, and interference with private property.

Amy Lynn Coats, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 19, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of criminal trespass, and interference with private property.

Steven Charles Dover, 43, of Aragon, was arrested on April 19, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of failure to appear, driving while license suspended or revoked, and theft by taking.

Melissa Driver, 35, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 19, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of truancy.

Tiffany Cherie Macko, 35, of Hiram, was arrested on April 19, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and possession and use of a drug-related object.

Cynthia M. Marques, 58, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 19, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of passing on the shoulder of a roadway, and driving under the influence.

Jorge M. Olague, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 19, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of criminal trespass, and a bench warrant.

William Scott Reeves, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 19, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and driver to exercise due care.

Ami Wolvin, 32, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 19, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of truancy.

Audrey Lynn Cabe, 42, of Fairview, N.C., was arrested on April 18, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of no insurance, and license to be examined on demand.

Kevin Dale Elsberry, 55, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 18, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, open container violation, and seat belt violation.

Hunter Neil Griffin, 17, of Dallas, was arrested on April 18, 2023, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by taking.

Faron Ray Headen, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 18, 2023, by Georgia State Patrol on charges of no license on person, following too closely, driving under the influence, and driver to exercise due care.

Michael Randolph, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 18, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of simple battery.

Jonathan Fredrick Ward, 52, of Covington, was arrested on April 18, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Casey Brooke Whitman, 31, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 18, 2023, by Rockmart Police on a charge of theft by taking.

Jeffery Eugene Winkles, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 18, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of striking an unattended vehicle, hit and run, reckless driving - two counts, aggravated assault, second-degree criminal damage to property, failure to maintain lane, failure to yield for authorized emergency vehicle, tag/registration requirements, failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object, tire requirements, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving under the influence, seat belt violation, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, driving while license suspended or revoked, obstruction of law enforcement officers, and defective shock absorbers.

Joyce Totterer, 48, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 17, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of public drunkenness.

Christopher Alan Brooks, 50, of Rome, was arrested on April 14, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Chekia Lacree Careathers, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 15, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, and failure to maintain lane.

Miguel Shelvin Ceaser, 32, of Marietta, was arrested on April 14, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, and driving on the wrong side of the roadway.

Lartarvin Donnell Hails, 38, of Rome, was arrested on April 13, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of failure to appear, and bail jumping.

Michael Eugene Hill, 26, of Locust Grove, was arrested on April 15, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by conversion, and failure to report an accident resulting in injury, death, or damage.

Troy Edward Howe, 50, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 14, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, driving while license suspended or revoked, and 60 days to change name/address on license.

Jajuan Marquis Hunter, 22, of Rome, was arrested on April 16, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Joseph Allen Ledford, 33, of Union Point, was arrested on April 16, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of failure to appear.

Jimmy J. Moore, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 14, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of financial exploitation of disabled adults or elder persons, and exploitation intimidation of disabled adults.

Camacho Ortiz, 55, of Cartersville, was arrested on April 16, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of unlicensed driver, unlawful to possess, display, or use any false, fraudulent, or altered identification document, and tag lights required.

Shawna Pennington, 56, of Aragon, was arrested on April 16, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of hindering the apprehension or punishment of a criminal.

Stephanie Bahena Salgado, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 14, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to distribute, purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution of sale of marijuana - two counts, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, and first-degree cruelty to children.

Zachary Dan Sherman, 26, of Aragon, was arrested on April 16, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving, and probation violation.

Jason Larry Waits, 43, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 15, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of no insurance, driving while license suspended or revoked, tag/ registration requirements, reckless driving, theft by receiving, and failure to appear.

Mitchell Shane Womack, 46, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 14, 2023, by Rockmart Police on a charge of failure to appear.
