Tabitha Evetta Gibbs, 48, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 1, 2023, by Rockmart Police on a charge of simple battery.
Emma Alexandra Lewis, 26, of Atlanta, was arrested on June 1, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.
Alona Nichols, 32, of Tallapoosa, was arrested on June 1, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, and failure to maintain lane.
Elder Pozo, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 1, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of aggravated battery, terroristic threats and acts, simple battery against a law enforcement officer, and obstruction of law enforcement officers — two counts.
Amanda Louise Pugh, 54, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 1, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of first-degree forgery.
Flint Warren, 63, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 1, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault — two counts, simple battery, third-degree cruelty to children, obstruction of law enforcement officers, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime.
Jose Adelson Orellana, 61, of Mableton, was arrested on May 31, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of improper lane change/usage, and second-degree homicide by vehicle.
Dennis Lamar Puckett, 69, of Acworth, was arrested on May 31, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, and failure to maintain lane.
Dylan Ladell Terhune, 21, of Rome, was arrested on May 31, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, driving under the influence of drugs, driving while license suspended or revoked, possession and use of drug-related objects, and failure to maintain lane.
Jerry Mitchell Allard, 40, of Aragon, was arrested on May 30, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, and driving on the wrong side of the road.
Darrell Wayne Griffin, 66, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 30, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of disorderly conduct, giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.
Jose Antonio Molina, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 30, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
Mateo Tomas, 36, of Bessemer, Ala., was arrested on May 30, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance, and driving in a divided highway, controlled access roadway, or emergency lanes.
Scotty Antonio Towe, 19, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 30, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, and tag light required.
Nakaleen Houston Baldwin, 20, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 28, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, and improper left or right turn.
Robert Cole Campbell, 38, of Silver Creek, was arrested on May 26, 2023, by Aragon Police on charges of no insurance, and driving under the influence of alcohol.
Elena Wynn Cubillo, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 27, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of aggravated stalking, stalking, and third-degree cruelty to children.
Gabriel Ramos Flores, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 29, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, and failure to stop at a stop sign — two counts.
Donte Joshua Freeman, 34, of Kennesaw, was arrested on May 28, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of theft by taking.
Leland Gorrie, 22, of Acworth, was arrested on May 29, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, reckless driving, and aggressive driving.
Brandy Joelle Guthrie, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 29, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, reckless driving, and aggressive driving.
James David Harold Hall, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 28, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by deception, theft by conversion, and elder abuse.
Jessica Marie Hall, 36, of Douglasville, was arrested on May 27, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of failure to appear.
Regina Hurley, 58, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 28, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Brian Alvin Jean, 59, of Hiram, was arrested on May 29, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of operating without IRP registration, driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance, and tire requirements.
Kara Ashley Klemke, 37, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 28, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft by conversion, and elder abuse.
Teresa Jane Langston, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 29, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of failure to appear.
Angela Carlette Lyle, 53, of Rome, was arrested on May 28, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.
Demetrius Jerome Matthews, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 27, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct.
Markesha Marilsa Monroe, 34, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 26, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Melonie Page, 53, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 26, 2023, by Polk County Police on two counts of battery.
Pamela Elizabeth Posey, 28, of Pell City, Ala., was arrested on May 28, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of failure to maintain lane, driving under the influence of alcohol, and open container violation.
Keaneau John Rhodes, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 26, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, tampering with evidence — two counts, crossing guard lines with contraband, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute, pointing or aiming a gun or pistol at another, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime.
Claudia I. Sandoval-Chilel, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 29, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of child seat belt violation, and driving while license expired.
William Edward Scott, 66, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 26, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
Paige Silvers, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on May 28, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, and drugs not in original container.
Jaden Ryan Snell, 27, of Lindale, was arrested on May 26, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, pedestrian must walk on sidewalk/shoulder, obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and probation violation.
Janet Stevenson Watt, 71, of Cave Spring, was arrested on May 26, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
James Luvay Williams, 55, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 28, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence, open container violation, and failure to maintain lane.
Ronrico Allen Williams, 57, of Dallas, was arrested on May 28, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
Tiffany Williams, 41, of Rockmart, was arrested on May 28, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance.
