Brandon Eugene Akins, 34, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 8, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers, and failure to appear.

James Bradley Baker, 45, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 8, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of simple battery, and criminal trespass.

Amyah Vashea Frazier, 19, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 8, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Dylan Todd Guzman, 25, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 8, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and suspended registration.

Michael Ramon Heard, 36, of Rome, was arrested on June 8, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, and failure to maintain lane.

Nikki Nevada Isola, 42, of Atlanta, was arrested on June 8, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Sabrina Jeanette McAdams, 30, of Bremen, was arrested on June 8, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of tag lights required, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, tampering with evidence, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, sale, manufacture, deliver, or possess dangerous drugs, and drugs not in original container.

Haley Brianna Thompson, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 8, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended or revoked, headlight requirements, failure to maintain lane, and open container violation.

Thomas Carroll Atcheson, 57, of Barnesville, was arrested on June 7, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Carl Brock Harrelson, 20, of Kingston, was arrested on June 7, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of expired registration, speeding in excess of maximum limits, reckless driving, affixing materials that reduce or increase light transmission/ reflectance of windows/windshields, and tire requirements.

Michael Anthony Nixon, 31, of Aragon, was arrested on June 7, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon — two counts, possession of a dangerous weapon, and probation violation.

Stephen Allen Patterson, 38, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 7, 2023, by Rockmart Police on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Meggan Dawn Sego, 32, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 7, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Daniel Chessman Smith, 47, of Cave Spring, was arrested on June 7, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and no insurance.

Josh Eugene Smith, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 7, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of possession and use of drug-related objects, driving under the influence of drugs, tag lights required, and probation violation.

Tyler Joshua Snell, 25, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 7, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, and drugs not in original container.

William Carter Arrington, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 6, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of loitering, and resisting a police officer.

Adrian Jermaine Chubb, 40, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 6, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Paul Clackum, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 6, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Elizabeth Leeann Morgan, 24, of Rome, was arrested on June 6, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of simple battery.

David Lee Smith, 52, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 6, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of criminal trespass.

Michael Dean Clackum, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 5, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession of methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Cody Sean Compton, 21, of Jacksonville, Ala., was arrested on June 5, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of interference with custody, and criminal attempt to commit a felony.

James Andrew Crawford, 31, of Rome, was arrested on June 5, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of loitering or prowling, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Jakius Hodges, 18, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 5, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of battery.

Ann Marie Merideth, 40, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 5, 2023, by Rockmart Police on a charge of possession of cocaine.

Meranda Dawn Nix, 30, of Birmingham, Ala., was arrested on June 5, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of theft by taking.

Dunga Tomas-Bernardo, 22, of Rome, was arrested on June 5, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of tag lights required, and driving under the influence of drugs.

Meghan Wagner, 30, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 5, 2023, by Polk County Drug Task Force on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Austin Tyler Callahan, 26, of Dallas, was arrested on June 2, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, driving without a license, and reckless driving.

Tracy Jean Dutton, 52, of Buchanan, was arrested on June 3, 2023, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Gabriel O. Feliciano, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 2, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of failure to yield while turning left, no insurance, and driving without a valid license.

Miya Hampton, 31, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 3, 2023, by Polk School District Police on a charge of truancy.

Breanna Tuesday Lackey, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 4, 2023, by Polk County Police on a charge of simple battery.

Timothy Mack Long, 51, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 4, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of elder abuse, and battery.

Kristen Marie Miller, 26, of Dallas, was arrested on June 3, 2023, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, and expired registration.

Paul Richard, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on June 4, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, tag lights required, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Ernest Daniel Roesler, 46, of Rockmart, was arrested on June 3, 2023, by Cedartown Police on charges of financial transaction card fraud, and theft by taking.

Jarred Allen Spencer, 22, of Aragon, was arrested on June 2, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of driving on the wrong side of the road, affixing materials that reduce or increase light transmission/reflectance of windows/windshields, too fast for conditions, and reckless driving.

Brandon Lee Tyler, 28, of Cameron, S.C., was arrested on June 2, 2023, by Cedartown Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Susie Rosetta Walker, 33, of Birmingham, Ala., was arrested on June 3, 2023, by Polk County Police on charges of public drunkenness, and pedestrian must walk on sidewalk/shoulder.
