ARREST REPORTS

Marco Polo Hernandez Juarez, 33, of Rome, was arrested on April 11, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, and driving without a valid license.

John Allen Loner, 54, of Austell, was arrested on April 11, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of failure to appear.

Christopher Lamar Wolfe, 45, of Calhoun, was arrested on April 11, 2024, by Rockmart Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and no insurance.

Tabitha Dawson, 42, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 10, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of false imprisonment, and simple battery.

Jason Lance Glenn, 41, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 10, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of theft by taking, possession of methamphetamine, and possession and use of drugrelated objects.

Dondi Pryor, 47, of Rome, was arrested on April 10, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Johnny Boyce Williams, 45, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 10, 2024, by Rockmart Police on charges of hit and run, and failure to maintain lane.

Benjamin Wayne Bailey, 45, of Americus, was arrested on April 9, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of failure to appear.

Deaja Simone Clemmons, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 9, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of affixing materials that reduce or increase light transmission/reflectance of windows/ windshields, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance — two counts, manufacture/deliver/distribute/administer/sell/possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance — two counts, trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Jose Angel Garcia, 46, of Smyrna, was arrested on April 9, 2024, by Rockmart Police on charges of open container violation, driving while license suspended or revoked, aggravated sexual battery, sodomy, rape, and sexual battery.

Christopher Depaul Hurst, 36, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 9, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of criminal trespass.

James Lamar Kelley, 42, of Buchanan, was arrested on April 9, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of theft by taking.

Tonya L. Knowles, 51, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 9, 2024, by Rockmart Police on charges of simple assault, and first-degree cruelty to children.

Tomeica Wykeedra Burt, 50, of Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested on April 8, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, improper parking, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Stephen Samuel Blake Corn, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 8, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, obstruction of law enforcement officers, driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving, speeding in excess of maximum limits, failure to maintain lane, unregistered vehicle, no brake lights or working turn signals, tag lights required, improper left or right turn, brakes required, failure to use signal, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

James Darns, 25, of Cartersville, was arrested on April 8, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended or revoked, and improper backing.

Lucurtis Diamond, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 8, 2024, by Polk County Police on a charge of pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Salvador Alessandro Abrego, 21, of Dallas, was arrested on April 6, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police officers, reckless driving, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Kirsten Diane Bodine, 33, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 6, 2024, by Polk County Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Thomas Dale Cason, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 5, 2024, by Rockmart

Police on charges of driving under the influence, and failure to obey trafficcontrol device — two counts.

Dewayne Demetrius Diamond, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 5, 2024, by Cedartown Police on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and failure to stop at a stop/yield sign.

Odbert Glenn Ellison, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 6, 2024, by Polk County Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Deidre Rhea Fuqua, 46, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 5, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain lane, too fast for conditions, obstruction of law enforcement officers, and probation violation.

Adrian Jerome Grigsby, 32, of Jackson Gap, Ala., was arrested on April 7, 2024, by Rockmart Police on charges of theft by shoplifting, giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Jessie Dale Holcomb, 59, of Taylorsville, was arrested on April 6, 2024, by Rockmart Police on a charge of simple battery.

Malcolm Jamal Jenkins, 35, of Marietta, was arrested on April 7, 2024, by Polk County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of simple battery.

Wendie Nettles, 37, of Douglasville, was arrested on April 6, 2024, by Polk County Police on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain lane, and failure to dim headlights.

Catherine Nicole Norton, 39, of Cedartown, was arrested on April 6, 2024, by Cedartown Police on a charge of failure to appear.

Nathan Douglas Perrott, 40, of Rockmart, was arrested on April 6, 2024, by Rockmart Police on charges of aggravated assault, battery, and third-degree cruelty to children.

Donald Taschereau, 39, of Aragon, was arrested on April 5, 2024, by Aragon Police on a charge of seconddegree criminal damage to property.
