Trappe man receives criminal citation for disorderly conduct
EASTON — Easton police officers responded to the area of Dutchmans Lane and Mecklenburg Avenue after receiving a report a disorderly subject on Monday, Nov. 26.
Police said officers made contact with Trappe resident Robert Samuel Trower, who was standing at the stop sign on Mecklenburg Avenue. Witnesses told police Trower was shouting obscenities and pointing fingers at passing vehicles.
Witnesses also said they saw Trower moon a vehicle, police said.
Trower was issued a criminal citation charging him with disorderly conduct and released.
