Let’s have a party! A puppy party! Let’s have toys and treats and sticks and balls and people and let’s play in the yard and then go for a walk. Like right now! This is a typical conversation with Tulip. This lady loves life and has an irresistible personality. Tulip could spend the whole day doing zoomies in the park and greeting all the joggers. She has met a few dogs here at the shelter and can be selective of her friends. She would do best as the only animal in the home. Tulip has spent a lot of time in foster with the Queen Anne’s County Animal Services’ trainer and is excelling at her basic obedience. Sit, stay, lay down; there isn’t much this clever 1-year-old terrier mix can’t do.
