Who’s the leader of the club that’s made for you and me? Gen­er­a­tions of Walt Dis­ney fans know the an­swer, and how to spell it. Now, Dis­ney’s spar­ing no ex­pense to cel­e­brate the 90th birth­day of the com­pany’s first an­i­mated su­per­star: Mickey Mouse, who made his big-screen de­but in the 1928 short “Steam­boat Wil­lie.” Among the celebri­ties join­ing this lav­ish twohour spe­cial are Kris­ten Bell, Josh Groban, Meghan Trainor, Kelsea Bal­lerini, Sofia Car­son and two orig­i­nal Mouseke­teers, Sharon Baird and Bobby Burgess.

Adapted from “Drums of Au­tumn,” the fourth novel in Diana Ga­bal­don’s time-trav­el­ing ro­man­tic fan­tasy, Sea­son 4 finds 20th-cen­tury doc­tor Claire Fraser (Ca­tri­ona Balfe) and her 18th-cen­tury hus­band, Jamie (Sam Heughan), in Fraser’s Ridge, N.C., shortly be­fore Amer­ica’s war for in­de­pen­dence will erupt. As they try to nav­i­gate this po­lit­i­cally volatile time, the 20th-cen­tury re­la­tion­ship be­tween their daugh­ter, Bri­anna (So­phie Skel­ton), and charm­ing his­to­rian Roger Wake­field (Richard Rankin) is heat­ing up.

Ul­ti­mate Thanks­giv­ing Chal­lenge

Gi­ada De Lau­ren­tiis hosts as five of the most cre­ative chefs in Amer­ica com­pete in a se­ries of Turkey Daythemed chal­lenges to de­cide which of them reigns supreme when it comes to pre­par­ing var­i­ous com­po­nents of a Thanks­giv­ing feast. In the opener, “They’re Called ‘Clas­sics’ for a Rea­son,” the three-episode com­pe­ti­tion be­gins by task­ing each of the five to re-in­vent a beloved Thanks­giv­ing side dish. In the elim­i­na­tion round, they must cre­ate an en­tire turkey din­ner — one that in­cor­po­rates an in­gre­di­ent from the first Thanks­giv­ing — in one hour.
