Mr. Ne­caise, a re­spected Bay St. Louis at­tor­ney, fell into the arms of his lov­ing Sav­ior, Je­sus Christ Mon­day evening, De­cem­ber 3, 2018, un­ex­pect­edly, leav­ing his fam­ily, clients and friends too soon.

Mr. Ne­caise was born in New Or­leans on July 26,1954 to par­ents Nel­son Frank Ne ca i se and Myr­tis Pad­gett Ne­caise and grew up in Bay St. Louis with his brother Jerry Frank Ne­caise, Sr. and sis­ter Linda Margaret Ne­caise Davis.

David is sur­vived by his wife of “al­most” forty-three years, Kim­berly Ann Sum­rall Ne­caise; his chil­dren and their spouses, Kim­berly Alissa Ne­caise Bo­lian and hus­band Carl Jef­fery Bo­lian, David Michael Ne­caise II and wife Rie Takemi Ne­caise, and Lind­sey Mor­gan Ne­caise and hus­band Michael David Thomp­son, Jr.

David was blessed with his “grand” chil­dren, namely; Kim­berly Priscilla Bo­lian, Mallory Alissa Bo­lian, Michael David Thomp­son, III, Phillip Mor­gan Thomp­son, Ja­cob Lee Thomp­son, Matthew Lell Thomp­son, Emma Grace Ne­caise, Ash­ley Ann Ne­caise, David Michael Ne­caise III, along with his other two grand­chil­dren, Joshua Ne­caise and sib­ling who pre­de­ceased him.

Davis is also sur­vived by his “Big Brother” Jerry Frank Ne­caise, Sr. ans was “joined at the hip” to his fun-lov­ing “out­law” fam­ily mem­bers, namely; fa­ther-in-law, Nor­ris R. Sum­rall, Sr. and wife Bar­bara Lee Sum­rall of Gulf­port; brother-in-law, Glenn Davis of Hat­ties­burg; in-laws, John Phillip Bo­lian, II and wife Gina Bo­lian of Kiln, Michael David Thomp­son, Sr. and wife Lisa G. Buchanan Thomp­son of D’Iberville, Jun Takemi and Mari Takemi of Ja­pan; and his re­main­ing in-law fam­ily mem­bers, Nor­ris R. Sum­rall, Jr. and wife Becky Sum­rall, Alan Ray Sum­rall, Trina Kay Sum­rall Pelot and hus­band Har­ri­son “Sonny” Pelot, Gaines Pa­trick Sum­rall, Sr. and wife Talissa and Ernest New­ton Sum­rall and wife Corinna Sum­rall, along with a host of neph­ews and nieces.

David was pre­de­ceased by his fa­ther, mother, sis­ter, two grand­chil­dren, his moth­erin-law, Ber­nice Vi­ola Yea­ger Sum­rall, sis­ter-in-law Eileen Howe Sum ra ll and his nephew Spencer Al­lan Davis.

The fam­ily would like to thank Mr. Ne­caise’s friends, clients, and his broth­ers and sis­ters in Christ of First Bap­tist Church of Bay St. Louis for their out­pour­ing of love and prayers dur­ing this dif­fi­cult time.

Mr. Ne­caise’s ser­vices will be held at First Bap­tist Church on Main Street in Bay St. Louis and of­fi­ci­ated by Pas­tor Brett Fra­zier. Vis­i­ta­tion for fam­ily and friends will be from 6-9 PM on Fri­day, De­cem­ber 7, 2018 and the fu­neral ser­vice will be at 10 AM on Mon­day, De­cem­ber 10, 2018, with burial to fol­low at Sum­rall Ceme­tery in Perkin­ston, Mis­sis­sippi. Serv­ing Mr. Ne­caise as his Honor Pall­bear­ers will be; David Michael Ne­caise, II, Carl Jef­fery Bo­lian, Michael David Thomp­son, Sr., John Michael Bou­lian, Wes­ley Adam Phillips, Sr. and Wes­ley Adam Phillips, Jr.
