Mary Lou (Connors) Bolduc, 88 of Nashua, passed away peacefully on Wednesday,

February 1, 2023 at D’youville Life and Wellness Community. She was the widow of the late Walter ‘Arthur’ Bolduc, Jr. who passed away in 1973 after 20 years of marriage.

She was born in Lowell on September 25, 1934 and was a daughter of the late Michael Dennis Connors, Sr. and the late Mary Ellen ‘Helen’ (Foster) Connors. She was raised in Lowell where she attended St. Peter’s School, graduating from Keith Hall.

She was employed as an executive assistant her entire career working at the City Hall Veteran’s Office, Lowell Housing Authority, Solomon Mental Heath Center (Ann Kaplan), and at University of Lowell College of Health Profession­als (Dr. Eleanor Shalop & Dr Janice Stecchi-deans of college) until her retirement in 1982.

Mary Lou spent most of her life as a Lowell resident and was a communican­t of St. Rita’s Church, where she served as President of the Women’s Club. She enjoyed helping others and volunteeri­ng her time helping many organizati­ons including the St. Vincent de Paul Society, the Greater Merrimack Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Red Hatters Club, and Riley School in Lowell, where she volunteere­d with kindergart­en. Although she loved generously giving her time to others, spending time with her family brought her the most happiness.

Mary Lou is survived by her children, David A. Bolduc and his partner, Teresa Woodroof of Midlothian, Virginia, Mark A. Bolduc and his wife, Anne Marie of Dracut, Deborah A. Belanger and her husband, Brian of Lowell, Denise A. Derkrikori­an and her husband, Marc of Londonderr­y, NH, Lisa A. Newell and her husband, Glen of Nashua, NH, and Becky Trepanier and her husband, Paul of Tewksbury.

She is also survived by her grandchild­ren,

Alec Belanger and his wife, Katie of Billerica,

Brian Hogan and his wife, Melissa of Amherst,

NH, Matthew Derkrikori­an and his wife, Lena of San Diego, CA, Michael Derkrikori­an and his wife, Cait of Plymouth, NH, Jeremy Hogan and his wife, Ashley of Pelham, NH, Leanne Cummingham and her husband, Sean of Lowell, Madi and Ali Trepanier of Somerville, and her great grandchild­ren, Gabby, Emilia, Violet, and Stella Belanger, Makenna, Connor, Jake and Olivia Hogan, and Ainsley Derkrikori­an. She also leaves behind her sister, Kathleen (Bunny) Coutu of Dracut; and her sister in law, Kathleen Connors of Andover; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was welcomed into heaven by her siblings, the late Michael D. Connors, Jr., and the late Anthony (Butch) Connors.

On Monday, February 6, 2023 all are welcome to attend her funeral mass at 11 a.m. at St. Rita’s Church, 158 Mammoth

Road, Lowell, MA 01854. Please meet directly at church. Procession will follow for burial at St. Joseph Cemetery in Chelmsford.
