Robert Walter Tryon

TOMBALL - Robert W. Tryon, 72, died peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Saturday 10 June 2023.

Born on March 19, 1951,

Bob was the beloved father of Casey Tryon and her husband Mark Grennell of Dublin, Ireland, grandfather of Zeke and Eli Grennell of Dublin, Ireland and father of Brady Tryon (pre deceased) of Pelham, NH.

Born and raised in the Greater Lowell area,

Bob spent most of his life as a fixture in the local community. He graduated from Dracut High and went on to serve as the Parks and Recreation director in Pelham, NH. Bob was an avid sports enthusiast and could always be found coaching or refereeing sports. He loved to be outside and enjoyed spending time in the mountains and at the beach.

Bob was a warm hearted, caring man who loved spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his witty remarks and ability to always put a smile on your face. Bob cared deeply and without judgment for those around him.

In addition to his daughter, he is survived and will be deeply missed by his sister Linda Murphy and her husband Fred Murphy of Tomball, TX; his brother Billy Tryon and his wife Mary Tryon of Dracut, MA; his former wife Diane Tryon of Nashua, NH; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his brother Steven Tryon.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a celebration of life planned for mid July in the Nashua area, details to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Luke’s Foundation, Houston, TX.
