Born in his grandparents home in Ontario, CA to Mildred Cardin Forester and Loren Forester. Gale was a life long resident of Ontario, attending South Euclid School, Vina Danks Jr. High and graduating from Chaffey High School in 1953. He spent many years working in the local automotive industry. The last 30 plus years before retiring, he was a partner in a chrome plating shop. He is survived by his wife of almost 65 years, Adrienne. Was the loving father of son Larry (Vicki) of Norco, CA, son Jeff also of Norco, CA and daughter Julie Forester Albertsen (Dennis) of Apple Valley, CA. Most special Papa to David Forester of Placentia, CA, Daniel Forester of Ontario, CA, and Natalie Forester Podegracz (Ben) of Apple Valley, CA, Alison Albertsen Conely (Michael) of Wichita, KS and Derek Albertsen of Apple Valley, CA. Then he was lucky to have an extra granddaughter, Heather McCoy-Becker of Yuma, AZ. So very happy to be great-Papa to Cora Conley and Evan Podegracz. He loved his family very much and they loved him. Last but not least, he leaves behind many relatives and friends who he cared for deeply always. Gale had one great hobby in his life---racing! He loved working on race cars. He started drag racing in the early 50’s, then added some Dry Lakes in the late 50’s. On to Sprint cars in 1960, which became his passion until he had to quit going due to health problems. But he would catch up on what happened at the races the night before by phone the next morning. So now he has again GONE RACIN’!
