LifeHouse set to present `Pride and Prejudice'
Redlands’ LifeHouse Theater will present its musical adaptation of “Pride and Prejudice,” opening at 7 p.m. on Saturday and running through June 12.
Leah Simpson wrote this adaptation of Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice,” which LifeHouse first staged in 2010, and Jana Smith directs this season’s production.
Choreographer is Michael Milligan, music director is Sarah E. Pearce, set designer is Jacob Michel and costume designer is Beth Derry.
In the cast are Kristiana McKelvey as Elizabeth Bennet, Sage Manson as Jane Bennet, Jordan Crother as Mr. Darcy and Aaron Ramos as Mr. Bingley.
Others are Katie Thorp as Mary Bennet, Allyssa Entz as Kitty Bennet,
Jordan Foss as Lydia Bennet, Sarah E. Pearce as Mrs. Bennet, Tim Simpson as Mr. Bennet, Aaron Yañez as Mr. Collins, Desiree Sieg as Charlotte Lucas, Brie Byers as Caroline Bingley and Julie Carlson as Lady Catherine.
After opening night, performances are 7 p.m. Fridays, 2 and 7 p.m. Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays. There is one Thursday performance, at 7 p.m. on June 9.
Advance tickets are $22 or $26 for adults and $11 or $13 for children ages 3 to 11. Tickets are $2 more the day of the performance.
