Man accused of shooting neighbor arrested

A Crestline man accused of shooting his neighbor during an argument was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said Monday,.

On Sunday, deputies responded to a shooting at a home in the 23000 block of Pioneer Camp Road at 1:32 p.m., the Sheriff’s Department said in a press release. Dahn Cho, 41, allegedly shot his neighbor during an argument at Cho’s home, leaving the victim with a nonlife-threatenin­g injury, authoritie­s said.

After the shooting, Cho went into his home before deputies arrived and he eventually surrendere­d to authoritie­s after several hours, the Sheriff’s Department said.

Cho was taken into custody without incident and was being held on $1 million bail, sheriff’s officials said.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment, authoritie­s said.
