Pop-up City Hall: The city of Chino Hills brings a pop-up City Hall to Albertsons, 15970 Los Serranos Country Club Drive, 9 a.m.-noon. Holiday boutique: Assistance League of the Foothill Communities holds a holiday boutique featuring holiday trees, decor, raffles and more, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at 8593 Archibald Ave., Rancho Cucamonga. Proceeds go to Assistance League programs benefiting children and families.
Anniversary celebration: The Friends of Ontario City Library will celebrate the nonprofit organization’s 50th anniversary 6-8p.m. at the Ovitt Family Community Library, 215 E. C

Concert: Lixin, a sacred chanting master known as Mystic Voice, presents “Divine Love in the Mystic Garden,” 7 p.m. at Claremont Presbyterian Church, 1111 N, Mountain Ave., Claremont. In this concert she will be joined by pianist Hao Huang, cellist Ami Radunskaya and percussionist Angel Lin and by Senseis Ty Aponte and Masashi Odate and the martial artists of the Defense Arts Center of Upland.
