And since opening in 2017, this coffee spot has created quite a buzz, although this is its first blue ribbon. The Coffee Apothecary roasts in small batches on-site from sustainabl­e and ethically sourced beans. They work with local suppliers to source the freshest, highest quality milk and teas, and provide multiple non-dairy alternativ­es. They also make their own syrups from simple ingredient­s and offer a rotating menu of house-roasted, single-origin espresso, pour overs and cold brews.
