With her soulful voice and classic song list from the 1930s through ’50s, Autumn has been voted Best Jazz Singer for many years in a row. She can be heard every Sunday night at The Alley Cantina’s Jazz Night. Catharsis and healing themes run through all her artwork, whether it be a painting, pottery, fiber or soul-filled music covers. After surviving a tragic car accident in ’96 that left her with broken legs and crushed knees, she started taking her life in new directions. As the saying goes, sometimes the best things come in small packages. It may not be the largest place to play games of chance in the state and certainly has proximity on its side, but the quaint, nonsmoking, 21+ Taos Mountain Casino is where bingo lovers and slot fans around here head to most often. The casino runs an array of promotions throughout the year, with thousands of dollars given away weekly. The Bison Rewards Card is the direct avenue to winning at Taos Mountain Casino, allowing players to accumulate points that lead to giveaways and prizes.
