LETTERS AND MY TURN POLICY

Limit for letters is 250 words; for My Turns, 750 words.

Submission must be original and not published in any other print and/or online media.

Writer should include a daytime phone number to confirm authorship and town. (The number isn’t published.)

My Turn writers should include a one- or two-line bio.

No anonymous submissions and pseudonyms permitted.

Taos County writers are given priority.

The number of people and/or organizations being thanked is limited to five.

Writers may submit one item during a 30-day period.

Letters are published in order received.

My Turn writers may e-mail a photo to accompany their piece.

E-mailed and typewritten pieces preferred.

Pieces may be edited for content.

The Taos News reserves the right to reject submissions.
