The following is a condensed version of Taos Police reports from May 6-11.

MAY 6

2:29 a.m. Traffic accident, no injury, Holy Cross Medical Center – A caller said her vehicle was hit by another vehicle in the employee parking area.

8:40 a.m. Animal stray, Taos Landfill – A caller said there was a box of puppies inside the dump. 9:51 a.m. Welfare check, Albright Street – A caller said there were some people campaignin­g and was concerned that they were too close to the roadway.

11:50 a.m. Assault, Dea Lane – A caller said a man cut him off in traffic and threatened to shoot him. 2:31 p.m. Assault, Super Save – A caller said a man drove by her in an older burnt orange Toyota Tacoma,

screamed that he was going to rape her and then drove off.

3:26 p.m. Threatenin­g phone call,

Paseo del Pueblo Sur – A caller said he received a call from someone who claimed to have his children, who are in their 20s.

MAY 7

2:28 p.m. Domestic disturbanc­e, Taos Plaza – A caller said she was in an argument with her boyfriend and he threw all of her things out of their car.

3:02 p.m. Informatio­n report,

Camino de Marco – A caller said his vehicle was swiped by a big motor home pulling a green car.

3:20 p.m. Civil complaint, US Bank,

1021 Paseo del Pueblo Sur – A caller was in the drive through at the bank and said the employees would not give her any informatio­n regarding her account.

MAY 8

10:15 a.m. Animal stray, Albright Street – A caller said there was a pack of dogs running at large.

12:19 p.m. Suspicious circumstan­ce, Paseo del Pueblo Sur – A caller said a camper was parked where the hotel used to be. The caller also said the people in the van appeared to have ramps for skateboard­ing.

4:29 p.m. Welfare check, Cruz Alta Road – A caller was requesting a welfare check on some homeless people who had set up camp under a tree near Kit Carson Electric Cooperativ­e. 5:08 p.m. Welfare check, Super Save – A caller said a man at the front entrance was acting strange and kept holding a paper up to the cameras in the store.

6:50 p.m. Criminal damage, Linda

Vista Lane – A caller said the screen door to a residence had been cut and clothes were strewn all over the place. 7:34 p.m. Disorderly conduct, Albertsons – A caller said a man at the entrance was yelling at customers. He was holding a sign that said, “I’m being murdered.”

MAY 9

2:56 a.m. Suspicious circumstan­ce, Taos County Adult Detention Center – A man outside the detention center was saying that someone was trying to kill him.

5:42 p.m. Breaking and entering,

Weimer Road – A caller said a man broke her door down and took all of her things.

MAY 10

10:04 a.m. Traffic accident, injury, Weimer Road – A caller said there had been a car accident. One driver was experienci­ng chest pain and his knees were hurting. One vehicle involved was in a ditch and smoke was coming from its air bags. 1:48 p.m. Assault, Super Save – A caller said another man pulled a knife on him at the store.

10:22 p.m. Harassment, Cervantes Circle – A caller said her daughter’s boyfriend threatened to kill her and throw her body off the gorge bridge.

MAY 11

10:53 a.m. Overdose, Fred Baca Park – A caller said a woman was possibly overdosing at a residence in the area.

7:06 p.m. Loitering, Yucca Plaza – A caller said there were some people in the parking lot going through the dumpsters.
