We would like to solicit your vote and support for our daughter, Valerie Rael Montoya, as Taos County clerk in the upcoming primary election.

Valerie has throughout her 14 years worked in various positions and the last 71/2 years as chief deputy clerk. We have personally seen her strive to grow and develop in her career in the clerk’s office, which is evident by the positions she has held, i.e. as transcriber, lodgers tax coordinator, daily operations of the clerk’s office, budget management and all aspects of the Bureau of Elections office.

Valerie is a team player and has proven to be a great public servant to the community of Taos where she grew up.

Knowledge and experience are what is needed for the incoming clerk and that is why we feel that Valerie Rael Montoya is the best choice for Taos County clerk.
