Fedelina Mondragon

Age 95, a resident of Mondragon Canyon, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2020. Fedelina was a loving mother, grandmothe­r, aunt and friend. She retired from the Mora Public Schools as a food service worker. She loved her home in her valley in the northern New Mexico mountains and would spend many hours watching the beautiful birds come to her windows. She enjoyed her visits with her family members and the many friends she had. She was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Chamin Mondragon; son Rudy Mondragon; daughter-in-law Annie Mondragon; grandson Eugene Mondragon; and great-grandsons Gabriel, Adrian and Michael Parson. Fedelina is survived by sons Felix Mondragon of Tres Ritos, Joe “Tacho” Mondragon and special friend Darlene of Encinal; grandson James Mondragon (Sharon) of Las Vegas, granddaugh­ters JoAnn Parson (Calvin Sr.) of Rio Rancho, and Jolene Mondragon of Albuquerqu­e; great-grandchild­ren Krystal Gabbert (Chris), Andres Hadder, Kaitlyn Mondragon, Calvin Parson Jr., Wayne Parson and his girlfriend Ellysa, and Stephanie Parson; great-great grandchild­ren Christophe­r and Carrie Gabbert; sister Bernie Lopez and family, special nieces Diana and Patsy, plus numerous other relatives and friends. Private Family burial will take place at the Cruz Family Cemetery.
