1:26 a.m. Disturbing the Peace, El Pueblo Lodge – Caller said people down the hall were being very loud and no one was answering the door. 10:51 a.m. Civil Stand By, Don Fenando de Taos – Caller said a man would not let her gather her things and leave.

1:37 p.m. Welfare Check, Fred Baca Park – Employee for the parks department said there was a vehicle with Texas plates blocking the entrance to the park.

2:47 p.m. Loitering, Allsups – Caller said someone in a white truck was selling wood outside the store and wasn’t supposed to be there.

6:41 p.m. Civil Complaint, Plaza Trusco – Landlord said their tenant was supposed to move out, but was slamming things around and making unnecessar­y noise.

10:20 p.m. Assault, Paseo del Pueblo Sur – Caller said a young man was kicking their door. He appeared to be drunk and beat up and wasn’t wearing any shoes.

DEC. 31

12:54 a.m. Welfare Check, Hampton Inn – Caller said a man was asleep by the floor of a Blue Bus stop. He was intoxicate­d.

10:09 a.m. Welfare Check, Super Save – Caller said there was a woman in her car who appeared to be intoxicate­d.

10:33 a.m. Domestic Disturbanc­e, Calvary Court – Caller said her boyfriend had a handgun and was trying to kill her. He was arrested.

2:20 p.m. Informatio­n Report, Camino del Medio – Caller said he had lost his driver’s license three months ago and wanted a call back from an officer.

3:04 p.m. Lockout, Paseo del Pueblo Sur – Caller said her 1-yearold child was locked in her car with the keys.

6:42 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstan­ces, Sun God Lodge

– Caller said three men with bags and a bike were walking around and shouldn’t be there.

JAN. 1

Midnight Psychiatri­c Behavior, Sagebrush Inn – Caller said a man was acting schizophre­nic. He was taken to the hospital.

1:16 p.m. Custody Issue, Weimer Road – Caller said the mother of his daughter was refusing to let him see the child.

1:25 p.m. Psychiatri­c Behavior, Gusdorf Road – Caller said he was having homicidal thoughts, thinking of body parts and hallucinat­ing people in his home. He was taken for a mental health evaluation.

4:30 p.m. Criminal Damage, Paseo del Pueblo Sur – Caller said someone parked in the vehicle next to him wrote on his car and then took off. 9:34 p.m. Welfare Check, Weimer Road – Caller said a woman was drinking with her 4-year-old son. 11:47 p.m. Loitering, Sonic – Employee said there was a truck parked in a stall for two hours. They were having trouble with their vehicle.

JAN. 2 Reckless Driver, Cid’s

3:32 p.m. – Caller said a woman in a white van pulled into the parking lot very quickly and almost caused two accidents. 5:01 p.m. Trespassin­g, Taos Valley Lodge – Caller said two men with backpacks were refusing to leave the property.

5:21 p.m. Break in, Gusdorf Place – Caller said their neighbor’s boyfriend was trying to break in and appeared to be under the influence of something.

5:29 p.m. Warrant, Walmart – A man who stole a TV from Walmart three weeks ago tried to return the damaged TV and was asking for a refund. He was arrested.

8:33 p.m. Informatio­n Report, Dolan Street – Caller said his teenage daughter was having a seizure after eating a bunch of cannabis edibles.

10:56 p.m. Welfare Check, Siler Road – Caller said an older man appeared to be intoxicate­d and seemed confused as to where he was.

JAN. 3

Noon Informatio­n Report, Padre Martínez Lane – Caller said a male guest was highly intoxicate­d and refusing to leave.

1:15 p.m. Trespassin­g, Subway – Caller said there was a man camping in the parking lot. He was removed. 4:23 p.m. Welfare Check, Kit Carson Road – Caller said a man seemed to be living out of his vehicle in the parking lot.

9:11 p.m. Traffic Accident, State Road 68 – Caller reported a truck that had been tailing them swerved and flipped over. Four individual­s in the truck were injured and taken to the hospital.

10:21 p.m. Informatio­n Report, La Posta Road – Caller said she was scared of a man who was set to get out of jail, and worried that he would harm her.
