Has huge-sized vegan options available. Website states ALL pizza crusts are vegan. Marinara is the only vegan sauce and can make portions with soy mozzarella (ask). House salad is vegan as is the Greek salad (ask for no cheese). Balsamic and olive oil is their vegan dressing. Always a vegetarian and som etimes a vegan soup of the day. Spaghetti and focaccia are vegan (ask for no cheese).

Still closed at press time, but online offers a spelt crust and a gluten-free crust, both of which are vegan. Two sauces are vegan: sun dried tomato and garlic with oil. Also has vegan Daiya cheese. Cool atmosp here!

Mondo’s Jennifer DeBow has “lots of vegan” on the menu. “Vegan pasta, noodles, marinara sauce. All the pizza dough is vegan” as is the house bread, all made with no dairy: yeast, water, flour and olive oil.” They don’t yet have vegan cheese, but add a bunch of fresh veggies and you’re good to go! Dip that vegan bread in oil and enjoy!

Best way to go is “Create Your Own” route. Order with No Crust Flavor or the Buttery Blend for no dairy; order all pies and P’Zones with NO cheese and straight pizza sauce, then add all the veggies toppings you like. Breadstick dough is vegan, if ordered WITHOUT parmesan seasoning.
