Due to COVID-19, be sure to follow CDC and NMDOH guidelines for masks and social distancing. Provide proof of vaccination and a negative COVID test if needed. Call ahead to verify a venue is open or if they are meeting virtually and how to join.
VIRTUAL GRIEF SUPPORT GROUPS are offered free of charge and weekly by Golden Willow Retreat. Groups meet via Zoom on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6–7:30 p.m. MST, Thursdays 3:30–5 p.m. MST and from 5:30–7 p.m. MST, and on Saturdays from 10–11:30 a.m. MST. The Zoom meetings may also be joined via phone. Everyone is welcome to join any meeting. For more info, visit goldenwillowretreat.com. ALATEEN meets at 4 p.m. every Friday. This is a support group for teens and preteens who are affected by alcoholism. Call 719-439-1156 or 518-275-7681 for location details. A PARKINSON’S SUPPORT GROUP meets second Thursday of the month, 11 a.m. at Taos Youth & Family Center. Call 737-5326 for information.

TAOS CANCER SUPPORT SERVICES SUPPORT GROUP meets on Zoom every Tuesday from 5:30–7 p.m. Free and open to all survivors of cancer, of any age, gender or stage of cancer. Group facilitators, Mary Short and Cobey Senescu, have both survived cancer, have participated in previous cancer support groups both as participants and facilitators and are trained in support group facilitation.
