The following is a condensed list of events that occurred in the town of Taos.

MARCH 30 4:37 a.m. Suspicious Circumstan­ces, Calle Conquistad­or

– Caller said a man was parked in his driveway and wasn’t supposed to be there. He said the man was drunk and was hiding from people.

8:54 a.m. Battery, Walgreens – Caller said her ex-boyfriend had beat her up and she wanted to file a restrainin­g order against him. 1:37 p.m. Burglary Commercial, Kachina Lodge – Caller said someone stole lots of items, keys to the building, and titles to several vehicles.

4:39 p.m. Assault, Herdner Road

– Caller said a man pointed a gun at her front door.

5:57 p.m. Battery, Cruz Alta Road – Caller said a man was harassing her. Officers arrived to find four people fighting, throwing rocks and punching each other.

6:08 p.m. Burglary Commercial, Taos Pizza Outback – Caller said someone stole money from the cash register and took deserts.

8:43 p.m. Suspicious

Circumstan­ce, Calvary Court – Caller said that she heard banging on the walls outside her house. 10:48 p.m. Shopliftin­g, Walmart – Caller said a man wearing all black stole two computers.

MARCH 31 Stalking, Kit Carson

7:47 a.m.

Road – Caller said a woman had been following her. No contact was made with the caller or the alleged stalker.

4:26 p.m. Criminal Damage, ABC Lock – Caller said that company vans got tagged and vandalized. 5:29 p.m. Disorderly Conduct, Taos Transporta­tion Department – Caller said a man on the bus refused to get off and smelled of booze. The man said he missed the bus to Santa Fe and did not want to get off the bus and freeze that night. No contact was made with the individual. 9:38 p.m. Suspicious Circumstan­ces, Paseo del Cañon – Caller said someone was at the new Habitat for Humanity Re:Store going through the dumpster and throwing stuff everywhere.

9:45 p.m. Trespassin­g, Dollar General – Caller said a man tried to pry the back door open.

11:25 p.m. Breathing Problems, Ochenta Apartments – Caller said his wife was intoxicate­d and not breathing. Officers arrived on scene and turned her on her side, then she took off running. She was eventually taken to Holy Cross.

APRIL 1 Prowler, Gusdorf Place

12:14 a.m.

– Caller said a man was outside their house watching their son through the window and that it was an ongoing issue.

7:31 a.m. Informatio­n Report, Este Es Road – Caller said someone slashed all of his tires and damaged the rest of his car.

10:41 a.m. Vehicle Fire, Kit Carson Electric – Caller said one of the Kit Carson service vehicles was on fire. Emergency personnel arrived to find a bucket truck engulfed in flames. See story on A11.

11:37 a.m. Larceny, US Bank – Caller said the bank advised her that her account was compromise­d and money was taken out.

6:34 p.m. Loitering, Paseo del Pueblo Sur – Caller said a man in a black jacket and jeans was hanging around the propane tanks drinking alcohol.

8:29 p.m. Citizen Assist, Kit Carson Park – Caller was locked inside the park after the gate was closed.

9:10 p.m. Reckless Driver, Albertsons – Caller said there were six cars doing donuts in the parking lot. Caller was worried some of the kids would fall out of the cars. 9:13 p.m. Suspicious Circumstan­ces, Zeke’s Auto Shop – Caller said a man was going through trash and throwing it into the road.

APRIL 2 Welfare Check, Storytelle­r Cinema

2:49 a.m.

– Caller said a man in all black was walking in and out of the road. No contact was made.

9:37 a.m. Trespassin­g, Taos Landfill – Caller said there were two vehicles in the landfill trespassin­g. An officer told the caller the landfill would open in 10 minutes, and to call back if there were any additional problems.

9:58 a.m. Littering, Fred Baca Park – Caller said they saw someone from Domino’s tossing out pizza boxes. An officer made contact with the brother of a Domino’s employee who admitted to tossing out the trash. He was given a warning.

11:50 a.m. Wildland Fire, Kachina Lodge – Caller reported a brush fire behind the Kachina Lodge. When authoritie­s arrived, people began running, but three people were arrested.

5:53 p.m. Civil Complaint, Family Dollar – Caller said he was trying to make a purchase but the clerk didn’t know what they were doing and he wanted law enforcemen­t. He was told to call the corporate office to file a complaint.

8:47 p.m. Disorderly Conduct, Albertsons – Caller said there were kids in an SUV shooting Airsoft rifles. 10:33 p.m. Prowler, Delicado Lane – Caller said a man with a beanie and grey jacket had been watching her daughters play. No contact was made.

APRIL 3 Traffic Accident, Kit Carson Road

8:47 a.m.

– Caller said someone hit his car and left a note.

2:30 p.m. Reckless Driver, Albertsons – Two riders on a black motorcycle took off from an officer. One person fell off the back and was detained.

3:06 p.m. Welfare Check, Walgreens – Caller said a man was passed out by the Redbox. He was escorted off the property.

3:48 p.m. Psychiatri­c Behavior, Taos Plaza – Caller said a woman was screaming curse words and yelling with her pants down. Officers did not find the woman, but happened to find a missing person while searching for her.

5:01 p.m. Child Abuse, Gusdorf Road – Caller said someone driving a vehicle threw two kids out and asked for an ambulance. A child was bleeding and an adult male had a laceration to his hand. They were taken to Holy Cross and CYFD was called.

APRIL 4 1:04 a.m. Criminal Damage, Leonel’s Tamales

– Caller said there was a man in a grey jacket ripping off the gutters on the building. The man was arrested.

1:53 a.m. Narcotics Offense, Walmart – Caller said a man had been parked in a spot for 15 minutes and it looked like he was doing heroin. Contact was made and the man was just waiting to pick up a friend. 8:24 a.m. Shopliftin­g, Albertsons

– Caller said a man had taken alcohol bottles. Officers located him on Herdner Road and he was arrested. 3:27 p.m. Disorderly Conduct, Taos Valley Lodge – Employee requested law enforcemen­t remove two guests who were yelling and fighting from the room. One arrest was made. 4:15 p.m. Shopliftin­g, Walmart – Caller said a man in a blue shirt and shorts walked out with a pair of stolen shoes. He was arrested shortly after.
