The following is a condensed list of reports made to Taos Central Dispatch within the town of Taos from Dec. 14-18.

DEC. 14 Harassment, Sunset

12:53 a.m.

Street — Caller said three people were outside her residence and were threatenin­g her.

10:07 a.m. Welfare Check, Sunset Street — Caller said a woman was in front of their home, asking strange questions and not blinking.

2:48 p.m. Motorist Assist, Camino del Medio — Caller said there was a car with hazard lights on the side of the road. The driver was vomiting.

6 p.m. Informatio­n Report, Holly Circle — Caller said her reading glasses were next to her bed and are now gone. She requested an officer. 8:58 p.m. Suspicious Circumstan­ces, Holly Circle — Caller said she heard odd sounds and barricaded her door with furniture and other household items. She refused an officer.

DEC. 15 Residentia­l Burglary, Gusdorf Road

2:24 p.m.

— Caller said someone broke in and took their bike, gun and other items. A key was broken off inside the lock.

3:36 p.m. Shopliftin­g, Walmart

— Caller said a man in orange swimming trunks was hiding two pairs of sunglasses and other items in his jacket. Suspect was detained. 6:15 p.m. Welfare Check, Gusdorf Road — Caller said a neighbor was banging on the walls and screaming “at the top of her lungs” at people, telling them to leave her residence. This lasted for an hour. Police arrived, and she told them people were inside harassing her. No one was there.

6:09 p.m. Citizen Assist, Gusdorf Place — Caller from Colorado said his missing daughter was living with her grandparen­ts in Taos, according to posts he saw on Facebook. 6:40 p.m. Disorderly Conduct, Taos Canyon Cannabis — Caller said a man was loudly talking to himself. Police located him, but he claimed he was never talking to himself. Police advised he keep it down anyway, and he agreed.

DEC. 16 Harassment, Herdner Road

7:16 a.m.

— Caller said their neighbor has been threatenin­g them since May by yelling through the walls while banging on them.

2:54 p.m. Trespassin­g, Chevron — Caller said a man was trying to steal items. When asked to empty his pockets, authoritie­s found that he had not stolen anything.

9:52 p.m. Reckless Driver, Albertsons

— Caller said a car driver was doing donuts and “throwing fireworks.”

DEC. 17

9:36 a.m. Welfare Check, Cruz Alta Road — Caller requested a welfare check on their neighbor, who they had not seen in a few days. Police made contact with the neighbor, who was confused as to how her neighbor didn’t see her. She walks her dogs every day.

12:48 p.m. Domestic Disturbanc­e, Ranchitos Road — Caller said her boyfriend beat her up, took her child and threatened her with a firearm. 3:17 p.m. Trespassin­g, Chevron — Caller said a male individual was seen shopliftin­g, then spotted again at the back of the store with an almost empty liquor bottle.

8:48 p.m. Psychiatri­c Behavioral, Este Es Road — Caller said his wife was having a “mental breakdown” and attacked him, grabbing and biting his head.

DEC. 18 Welfare Check, Eco Park

8:17 a.m.

— Caller said there was a man laying in the bathroom, unwilling to leave. 12:31 p.m. Suspicious Circumstan­ce, The Burger Stand — Caller said a man and a woman walked into the restaurant, and the woman looked “disheveled and dirty.” 5:01 p.m. Welfare Check, Randall Lumber & Hardware — Caller said a distressed-looking man in a bright yellow jacket kept jumping into traffic, trying to get cars to stop for him. 10:40 p.m. Informatio­n Report, Ranchitos Road — Caller said a woman was banging on their door and punched them in the face on the presumptio­n that her purse was inside their residence. She eventually ran off.
