The Stakeout gets serious

- STAFF REPORT

Kevin Sousa’s BBQ has garnered loyal fans this summer.

THE STAKEOUT’S FINAL BBQ

Sunday will be Nov. 19, so get it while you can. In its place, we are excited to bring you extended restaurant hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting Dec. 1.

This Sunday, DJ Johnny La Rocha returns for a danceable honky tonk funk set starting at 7 p.m. Kevin Sousa’s get-it-while-you-can BBQ menu starts at 4 p.m., until sold out. The menu features a prix fixe ($25) plate of smoked

brisket and rotating sides (grilled tofu available for our vegetarian friends), smoked baby back ribs and crowdfavorite vegan carrot tartare.

As the temperature drops and colors begin to change, they’ll have chimineas lit to keep you warm while you watch the sunset.

There is no cover, but please show your support to the DJ by filling the tip jar during his set.

Starting Dec. 1, the hip spot on Outlaw Hill is starting to feature Friday and

Saturday dinner service and Sunday brunch.

The Stakeout will be open for Friday and Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch service starting Friday, Dec. 1.

Acclaimed chef, Sousa will offer a modern-American, casual, yet fine-dining menu. The bar menu will feature a curated selection of wines by-the-glass and by-the-bottle, along with thoughtfully crafted cocktails and spirit-free offerings.

The Stakeout will accept reservations and walk-ins for seated dinner, along with bar and lounge seating. Gift cards will be available for purchase.

Stay tuned for more information on full hours, menus, how to make reservations, and purchase gift cards.
