HAR­RI­SON, GA- Mr. Ge­orge La­mar Cul­lens, Sr., age 90, ofHar­ri­son, died on Wed­nes­day, Novem­ber 7, 2018, in a lo­cal hos­pi­tal. Fu­neral ser­vices will be held at 2:00 P.M. Satur­day, Novem­ber 10th at Har­risonBap­tist Church in Har­ri­son, Ge­or­gia with burial in Zeta Ceme­tery in Ten­nille. Rev­erend Andy Carter, Rev­erend ChadWaller and Rev­erend Nathan Adams will of­fi­ci­ate.

Mr. Cul­lens was a na­tive of Wilkin­son County, Ge­or­gia, the son of the late Vi­vian La­mar Cul­lens and the late Clara BelleWor­shamCul­lens. He­was pre­ceded in death by his un­cle Will P. Cul­lens and aunt, Ouida Cul­lens.

Mr. Cul­lens was a re­tired elec­tron­ics fore­man atWarner Robins Air Force Base. He was the owner of C & H Bus Lines Inc. for fifty seven years and the fran­chisee of Ge­or­gia Trail­ways for over twenty years. Mr. Cul­lens was an an­tique car col­lec­tor and loved to hunt doves. He­was a mem­ber of Har­risonBap­tist Church and an army vet­eran of the Kore­anCon­flict.

Sur­vivors are his wife of sixty five years, Edna Franklin Cul­lens of Har­ri­son; chil­dren, Teresa Cul­lens Boyd and her hus­band Tommy of San­der­sville, Ge­orge L. Cul­lens, Jr. and­hiswifeGinger of Har­ri­son, Wil­liamF. “Bill” Cul­lens and his wife Lisa of Har­ri­son, Dr. Fredrick E. Cul­lens and his wifeMichelle ofWarthen, and J. J. Cul­lens and his wife Jen­nifer of Ma­con; grand­chil­dren, Tri­cia Jack­son, Tracey Price, Crys­talMiller, Genna Cul­lens, Ge­or­dan Cul­lens, Marty Cul­lens, Deon­ica Lindsey, Che­ston Cul­lens, Tyler Cul­lens, Ri­ley Cul­lens andRyanCul­lens; great grand­chil­dren, Cullen Collins, Robert Jack­son, El­liott Price, BryceMiller, BlayneMiller, Cody Cul­lens andMadi­son Lindsey; sis­ters, Peggy Scott of McPher­son, Kansas and Deb­o­rah Clance of Milledgeville, Ga.
