Novem­ber 9, 2018 WARNER ROBINS, GAWayne Wil­ton, age 83, joined his be­lated wife, Peggy Boller­mann, in the early morn­ing hours of Fri­day, Novem­ber 9, 2018.

Born in Ossin­ing, New York on Septem­ber 20, 1935, Wayne was the son of the late Stu­art Gor­don and Bar­bara Bowyer Wil­ton. He was a proud United States Air Force Vet­eran, re­tir­ing with the rank of Staff Sergeant and was a ware­house su­per­vi­sor for S& S Cafe­te­ria. Wayne en­joyed spend­ing his free time col­lect­ing coins, bird watch­ing, wood­work­ing, and fol­low­ing the At­lanta Braves. Friend­ship Bap­tist was his church home.

In ad­di­tion to his wife and par­ents, he was pre­ceded in death by his broth­ers, Frank and Robert Wil­ton.

Wayne’ s me­mory will for­ever be trea­sured by his daugh­ters, Donna M. Wal­dorf and Cyn­thia A. Peeler, both of Warner Robins, and Ellen M. Mi­rakovits of Dahlonega; son, Ben­jamin W. Wil­ton of Perry; grand­chil­dren, Cassie Fos­ter of Sa­van­nah, Pa­tri­cia Jones of Jack­sonville, Florida, Dar­rel Jones of States­boro, Amanda Grif­fin of Ma­con, Bri­anna McWhirter of Perry, Lau­ren Mi­rakovits of Dahlonega, Josef Mi­rakovits of Cum­ming, Adam Mi­rakovits of Dahlonega, and Sarah and Joshua Wil­ton, both of Perry; and seven great­grand­chil­dren.

Vis­i­ta­tion will be Mon­day, Novem­ber 12, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. un­til 2:00 p.m. at McCul­lough Fu­neral Home. A fu­neral ser­vice will fol­low at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCul­lough Fu­neral Home with Dr. Paul Cowles of­fi­ci­at­ing. Fol­low­ing the ser­vice, Wayne will be laid to rest next to Peggy in Mag­no­lia Park Ceme­tery with Full Mil­i­tary Honors.

The fam­ily will ac­cept flow­ers or do­na­tions may be given in­mem­ory of Wayne Wil­ton to Friend­ship Bap­tist Church, 1322 Feagi nMil­lRd., Warner Robins, GA 31088.
