Berkshire Hathaway honors top sales associates
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Fox & Roach, Realtors recently honored Montgomery County sales associates for their sales performance for August at a monthly Breakfast of Champions.
Sales associates being honored were Alex Kim, Steven Kim and Chris Mohr, of the Blue Bell office; Kerry Bocella, Katelyn Kincade, Chris Smith and Chris Standard, of the Chestnut Hill office; Bev Altemose, Crista DeGrazio, Joe Dudek and Megan Goldstein, of the Collegeville office; Kevin Loughran and Jessie Minnick, of the Harleysville Home Marketing Center; Connie Berg, Vicki Klink, Jenna Koser, Becky Krevitz, Jeffrey Parkins and Holly Yablonovitz, of the Jenkintown Home Marketing Center; and Fred Hencken, Myrna Josephs, Katelyn Lampley, Carmella Snell and Anne Tulloch, of the Spring House Home Marketing Center.
Weichert appoints regional vice president
Weichert, Realtors has announced Joshua “Josh” Wilton has been promoted to regional vice president of Weichert sales offices in southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
In his new role, he will be responsible for the management and growth of 19 Weichert sales offices: Burlington, Cherry Hill, Medford, Moorestown, Mullica Hill and Washington Township in New Jersey; Blue Bell, Chadds Ford, Collegeville, Doylestown, Jenkintown, Media, Paoli, Center City Philadelphia, Wayne, West Chester, Whitemarsh and Yardley in Pennsylvania; and Pike Creek in Delaware.
Wilton was previously manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Princeton sales office.

Wilton began his real estate career as a sales associate with Weichert 20 years ago and has 17 years of experience managing the company’s Princeton office, where he led transactions of more than $2.5 billion in volume during his tenure.
In addition to holding a real estate broker’s license, he has earned the Weichert President’s and Ambassador’s club awards.
“I am honored to be named regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors,” Wilton said. “This is an exciting opportunity to share my knowledge with a greater number of associates so that they may achieve their sales goals and offer the best value to their clients. In this new position, I also hope to inspire and motivate my offices to become more active, engaged members of their communities.”
Wilton and his wife, Wendy, live in Princeton with their three children and dog, Georgia. He enjoys traveling, surfing and spending time with his family.
